L'azienda è gestita dalla famiglia Oberhollenzer da cinque generazioni.
È in azienda agricola bio, è una bottega è un ristorante con menu degustazioni da 3 a 7 portate...ma non dimenticate di prenotare
Offre un ampia scelta di prodotti biologici del Moserhof e della regione, in uno spazio moderno caldo e accogliente.
Producono un formaggio di pecora eccezionale e il loro burro è “come quello di una volta”
Vendono anche patate, uova, e verdure del loro campo bio.
Visitatelo anche solo per gli acquisti dei prodotti di sua produzione, consigliatissimo!!
The Moserhof farm is located in the municipality of Cadipietra (Klausberg) on the road to San Giacomo (Sankt Jacob) in the Ahrntal Valley (Ahrntal)
The company has been run by the Oberhollenzer family for five generations.
It is in an organic farm, it is a shop and a restaurant with tasting menus from 3 to 7 courses ... but don't forget to book
It offers a wide selection of organic products from Moserhof and the region, in a warm and welcoming modern space.
They produce an exceptional sheep's cheese and their butter is "like it used to be"
They also sell potatoes, eggs, and vegetables from their organic field.
Visit it even just for the purchases of the products of its production, highly recommended !!
