★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo visitato la nuova stalla e il caseificio: il proprietario lavora utilizzando le nuove tecnologie ma con tanta passione e rispetto per gli animali. Ottimi i prodotti acquistabili nello spaccio dallo yogurt, al burro alle varie tipologie di formaggi squisiti.
 We visited the new stable and the dairy: the owner works using new technologies but with a lot of passion and respect for the animals. Excellent products can be purchased in the shop from yogurt, butter to the various types of exquisite cheeses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tradizione del luogo e la passione del titolare che accoglie tutti i visitatori e clienti spiegando come preparano i loro formaggi, avendo cura di mostrare che il latte arriva direttamente dalla stalla. Il personale al caseificio è cordiale e sopratutto parlano bene l'Italiano (cosa non scontata in quell'area geografica ), anche il titolare è attento ai suoi ospiti Italiani, cosa che non ho riscontrato da altri esercenti che vistosamente prediligevano i clienti tedeschi e trattavano con superficialità noi che di fatto siamo loro connazionali, il titolare del caseificio ci ha non solo stupito per la passione e la cura dei dettagli, ma ci fa fatto sentire bene da Italiani in vacanza in Alto Adige. Bravo Joseph e brave le sue due dipendenti del caseificio.

The staff at the dairy are friendly and above all speak good Italian (what is not obvious in that area), but the owner is attentive to its guests Italian, which I have not encountered by other operators that blatantly favored the Germans, and they treated customers superficially we who are in fact their compatriots, the owner of the dairy has not only surprised us with the passion and attention to detail, but makes us feel good about Italians on holiday in South Tyrol. Bravo Joseph and his two employees at the dairy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Führung auf der Hofkäserei war sehr gut. Wir durften alles anschauen. Durch die Erläuterungen zu allen Vorgängen wird einem schnell klar, welcher Aufwand betrieben wird um qualitativ hochwertige Produkte zu erstellen. Den großen Unterschied zu Supermarktprodukten stellt man schnell fest. Einen kleinen Aufpreis für bessere Waren gebe ich nach dieser Führung sehr gerne aus.
The tour on the farm cheese dairy was very good. We were allowed to watch everything. Explanations of all processes make it easy to understand how much effort is required to produce high-quality products. The big difference to supermarket products is fast. I give a small extra charge for better goods after this tour very much.

Bei der Führung gesehen, hier wird Tierwohl groß geschrieben und alles ökologisch produziert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr interessante Führung durch Scheune, Hof, Stall und Käserei. Wir konnten uns einen Frischkäse herstellen. Durch corona leider nicht mehr selbst. Freundliches Personal. Verkostung von hofeigenen Produkten.
