★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a must stop for cheese and meat enthusiasts exploring the various valley's near Bolzano and the Dolomites. The place is a little off the beaten path, but the cheese is worth the trek. The place is an all-in-one caseficio, museum, deli, and restaurant. The restaurant only serves burgers--and believe me, as Americans, we were hesitant to spend our time eating a European version--but we are so glad we did. The burgers are a good 1/3 lb, and their choices do not disappoint! We will definitely return. Staff speaks Italian and German and limited English. They were very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good restaurant - we had a big cheese selection and were surprised by the variety and taste of the cheeses. Also a great shop with local products. We did not visit the cheese museum, but from what we saw through the windows we would rather spend the money on the local food then on the entrance tickets...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place always looks interesting but we were overall disappointed. Food was not good and the staff was not wearing their masks proper and the waiter had very dirty hands. For a place that sells and makes all these cheeses the Menü was boring. Nobody in there talked to us or tried to help or sell anything. The museum is fun but you are through within 10 minutes. We will not go back.
