★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to test the real food from Salento, this is the place to be. The quality of the local product is so genuine and good.
From the starters to the desserts, everything is gorgeous. The staff, the family that lives and works there, makes you feel like you're at home.
The atmosphere of this place is something magical, an ancient masseria around a fortified tower of XVI Century surrounded by hectares of olive trees.
A good choice also for vegans and vegetarians. Unmissable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Masserias in the area. Not cheap, non are, but far from the most expensive. Great food and service. Set in the courtyard of a 16th century watch tower. It is right out in the countryside so your own transport is essential. Definitely worth a visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting this place was an amazing experience for me and my husband. We called in advance and made an appointment with Francesco to visit the olive oil production. Francesco and Beti are very nice hosts. They showed us their olive trees, the production and we made a taste at the end with a good wine. We also had an amazing lunch with their very fresh products! I would strongly recommend this experience for those who are interested about olive oil, good food, meeting nice Italians and being in such a beautiful place! Grazie Francesco and Beti! We are looking forward to come back to Puglia just to visit you again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfiend and I went there to eat 3 times in the space of a week. Leaving aside the wonderful (albeit remote) location and welcoming atmosphere, the food is genuinely spectacular. Highly recommend the bombette and the mixed appetizers (a wonderful mix of local produce perfectly cooked, with a subtle Greek influence). The meat dishes are really quite special, but vegetarians are fully catered to (pastas are also incredible). We can't wait to go back, but for the moment I'll keep dreaming about bombette...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously one of the coolest places I have been to dinner in Italy. The staff was a great. The food was excellent. My friends from lecce say it has all the typical good of the region. It is a bit remote to get to but worth the drive.
