★ ★ ★ ★ ★ abbiamo acquistato una casa datata consapevoli di dover accettare determinati compromessi...ma arrivare a trovarci in mano delle carte con certificazioni fasulle di certo non giustifica la poca professionalita dell'agenzia....per di piu da acquirenti non ci siamo sentiti sullo stesso piano dei venditori nonostante in teoria dovremmo essere entrambi clienti....una volta effettuato il rogito l'agente non ha neppure avuto la "cortesia" di rispondermi alle chiamate...ho dovuto far chiamare un'altra persona con un numero nuovo per aver la possibilita di interloquire....allucinante!!!
We bought a house dated aware that they must accept certain compromises ... but get to see us in the hands of cards with bogus certifications certainly does not justify the lack of professionalism of the agency .... to more buyers as we did not feel the same sellers floor although in theory we should be both customers .... once you deed the agent did not even have the "courtesy" to answer the call ... I had to call another person with a new number for have the opportunity to speak .... hallucinating !!!
