state attenti a questi signori. Ho Acquistato un appartamento a Bergamo e dopo 1 anno ci siamo trovati i seguenti problemi:
1) piove dal tetto (e 3 appartamenti sono in mansarda)
2) infiltrazioni d' acqua di notevoli dimensioni
3) mura piene di crepe (sia internamente che esternamente - il cancello rischia di crollare).
4) su una parte di tetto mancano le tegole (!). Si, avete capito bene, mancano le tegole.
5) portone di ingresso senza un minimo di tetto (tanto a Bergamo piove poco - parole dell'illustre architetto)
6) altri problemi (a scala, balconi)
.
Ovviamnte una volta interpellati hanno fatto orecchie da mercante, con la conseguenza di un processo (con i tempi e costi che immaginerete).

Good morning,
watch out for these gentlemen. I bought an apartment in Bergamo and after 1 year we found the following problems:
1) it rains from the roof (and 3 apartments are in the attic)
2) large water infiltrations
3) walls full of cracks (both internally and externally - the gate is likely to collapse).
4) on one part of the roof the tiles are missing (!). Yes, you got it right, the tiles are missing.
5) entrance door without a minimum of roof (so much in Bergamo it rains little - words of the illustrious architect)
6) other problems (staircase, balconies)

Once asked, they made a merchant's ears, with the consequence of a trial (with the times and costs you will imagine).
