Se volete rincorrere il vostro agente con continue chiamate (quando vi risponde), essere bidonati più e più volte all'ultimo minuto dopo che avete chiamato voi per conferma, non avere la minima considerazione da parte del responsabile (cercato per chiarimenti), perdere mesi per un solo appuntamento senza concludere nulla, allora questa agenzia fa al caso vostro We also need stars with a negative sign ... Io ho perso soldi ma avrei potuto perderne molti . . E non si sono nemmeno scusati !!! La descrizione sembrava ok, ma quando telefonavo per chiedere la conferma della descrizione, mi dicevano che loro per telefono non rilasciano informazioni, e che bisogna prendere l'appuntamento per andare a vedere la casa. Arrivati sul posto nulla corrispondeva alla descrizione e alle foto degli annunci!!! P.s. Vi rispondo:assolutamente non mi sono sbagliata, voi avete il nominativo di mio marito. Premessa sono un ragazzo di 25 anni che voleva comprare la prima casa facendo ricorso al mutuo per giovani che copre il 100% del mutuo. Ma queste persone poco di buono e perditempo purtroppo non me lo hanno permesso. Dopo aver svolto due appuntamenti con gli agenti immobiliari i punti cardine erano: 10/20 mila euro in anticipo su un immobile dal valore di145 mila, il vincolo con il loro broker (che mi avrebbe fornito un mutuo a dir poco vantaggioso “ LOL” ) e giusto per non mancare 10 mila a fine trattativa per loro tasche, visto che il 2% come le agenzie normali era troppo poco per dei signori così , anzi >. Fatto sta che dopo i due appuntamenti la titolare dell’immobile era ancora all’oscuro di tutto, non sapeva che fossi interessato e neanche era informata della mia proposta. Di cui è venuta a conoscenza solo dopo che grazie ad amici in comune sono riuscito a giungere alle sue orecchie. Morale della favola , dopo essere stato trattato come un cane (intendo male, visto che il mio cane è più civile di loro) all’interno dell’agenzia Studio casa di Desenzano del Garda solo perché non intendevo firmare la loro proposta, sono stato preso in giro per le successive due settimane mentre loro erano indaffarati a cercare altre persone da truffare. Non consiglio, personale sgradevole da evitare peggio del COVID. Bad agency is not enough, incompetent people is not enough in comparison to the terrible experience I had. Sicuramente risponderanno alla mia recensione dicendo che ho sbagliato agenzia ??? Fake ads. The houses advertised, even on important networks, do not exist. e	enrico viazzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Hanno pubblicizzato una villa a Desenzano che sembrava interessanti. L'annuncio diceva chiaramente VENITE A VISITARLA. Chiamati mi dicono che la casa non esiste, ma è un lotto di terreno peraltro già venduto. L'annuncio è corredato da foto (probabilmente di una altra villa) dettagliate a casa mia si chiama pubblicità ingannevole. Bad experience. They advertised a villa in Desenzano which looked interesting. The ad clearly said COME VISIT IT. Called they tell me that the house does not exist, but it is a plot of land which has already been sold. The ad is accompanied by photos (probably of another villa) detailed in my house is called misleading advertising.
