Sarà un caso....e per la cronaca anche i vs dipendenti si trovano male a lavorare per voi...non pagate nemmeno gli straordinari...vi commentate da soli!! l	laura elena Corrente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un forno NEFF 100% vapore on line. Il prodotto è piuttosto costoso e avevo studiato molto bene il modello e le caratteristiche. Il forno è il B46FT64N0/52. Ordino e faccio il bonifico con emissione di fattura. In un paio d’ore ci ripenso e ritiro il bonifico avvertendo il punto vendita che mi contatta con toni piuttosto accesi parlandomi dell’estrema difficoltà dell’annullamento di una fattura emessa e dicendomi che non è un comportamento corretto. Alla fine rifaccio il bonifico e attendo il forno. Mi arriva NON nell’imballo originale, senza la pellicola di protezione che hanno tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi e SENZA istruzioni in Italiano. Li chiamo e mi dicono che me le invieranno (mai arrivate). Chiamo NEFF ITALIA e mi dicono che è un prodotto commercializzato solo in Germania e che le istruzioni in Italiano non esistono. Il forno è complesso da utilizzare: le istruzioni sono necessarie. Ho provato a registrare il forno su Neff Italia per la garanzia ma il sistema mi dice che per questo modello non è possibile. Strano, molto strano. Sono sicura che mi hanno venduto un forno di esposizione senza dirmelo che arriva chissà da dove e si sono guardati bene dal dire che era senza istruzioni. Ripeto che la cifra è importante. Sinceramente è stato un comportamento scorretto. Specie nelle Vendite on line e con certi importi è d’OBBLIGO la massima trasparenza. Il forno me lo sono tenuta perché rispedirlo indietro è davvero troppo complicato e si rischiano danni al prodotto. Sconsiglio di comprare on line presso questo punto vendita. I tried to register the oven on Neff Italia for the warranty but the system tells me that this is not possible for this model. Strange, very strange. I'm sure they sold me an exhibition oven without telling me that it comes from who knows where and they took care not to say that it was without instructions. I repeat that the figure is important. Honestly, it was bad behavior. Especially in online sales and with certain amounts, maximum transparency is MANDATORY. I kept the oven because sending it back is really too complicated and you risk damage to the product. I do not recommend buying online at this store.
