Mi sono trovata molto male con il proprietario ma soprattutto con il piastrellista. A un mese dalla consegna dell'appartamento mi è stato detto che non avrebbero pavimentato la terrazza (penso sia stato perché mi avevano fatto un preventivo con una posa sottostimata per accaparrarsi il cliente) e ho dovuto cercare un altro fornitore ( Ceramiche Beseno molto professionali). 1 piastrella su 5 del bagno piccolo era stata scheggiata dal posatore in fase posa, me ne sono accorta quando ho pulito le piastrelle e hanno dovuto toglierle le piastrelle scheggiate e rimetterle. Avevano sbagliato la quantità di piastrelle da ordinare e mancavano per completare un bagno, ho dovuto aspettare 1 mese. Oltre ai diversi errori fatti nella posa, la cosa che è stata più sgradevole è stata la mancanza di collaborazione. L'artigiano ha anche rovinato il piatto doccia, asportandone il colore. Alla fine tutto è stato sistemato ma gli incontri sono sempre stati poco piacevoli. Anche gli altri artigiani mi hanno confermato che il lavoro non è stato eseguito bene. Le piastrelle sono molto belle e quindi sono soddisfatta, ma le trovate anche da altre parti, o prendetevi un posatore fidato. I entrusted myself to Martinelli ceramics for the renovation of my apartment. I found myself very ill with the owner but above all with the tiler. A month after delivery of the apartment, I was told that they would not have paved the terrace (I think it was because they had given me an estimate with an underestimated pose to grab the customer) and I had to look for another supplier (very professional Ceramiche Beseno) . 1 tile out of 5 in the small bathroom had been chipped by the installer during the laying phase, I realized this when I cleaned the tiles and had to remove the chipped tiles and put them back. They had the wrong amount of tiles to order and were missing to complete a bathroom, I had to wait 1 month. In addition to the various mistakes made in the pose, the thing that was most unpleasant was the lack of collaboration. The craftsman also ruined the shower tray by removing its color. In the end everything was settled but the meetings were always unpleasant. The other artisans also confirmed to me that the work was not performed well. The tiles are very beautiful and so I'm satisfied, but you can also find them elsewhere, or get yourself a trusted installer.
