Ora non è più possibile arrivarci in auto essendo dentro la ZTL ed il parcheggio più vicino è a pagamento. I prezzi sono alti, ma riescono a trovare di tutto. Per telefono non accettano le richieste, occorre andare in negozio e lasciare un' acconto se l'articolo è da ordinare. The business has moved close to the city center. Mi fanno il preventivo per un ferro da stiro e mi chiedo altre € 35 (i primi € 10 li avrei persi comunque) e dico ok riparatelo che mi serve. Dopo 15 gg chiamo per sapere lo stato dell'arte e mi dicono che ancora non hanno ordinato neanche il pezzo perchè loro aspetto di avere un minimo di odine da fare, quindi non sanno quando partirà. Chiamo dopo un'altra settimana perchè ho una famiglia e il ferro mi serve, mi dico ancora non sappiamo quando lo faremo. a questo punto presa dalla disperazione che compro un altro e quando mi chiamano li manda letteralmente a quel paese!!!! Dopo averlo tenuto una settimana mi hanno detto che era da cambiare il boccale e la ghiera ma non lo passava la garanzia xche problema provocato da me. Mi hanno chiesto 175euro. Ho capito che qualcosa non andava xche ad altre persone è stato cambiato in garanzia e ho detto che me lo sarei preso così. Mi hanno chiesto 23 euro per manodopera. L ho portato gg dopo a Rimini sempre ad un centro assistenza e me lo hanno cambiato in 2 MIN in garanzia.. Boccale nuovo senza spendere un euro. Se era per loro avrei speso 175euro a vuoto. After having kept it for a week, they told me that the mug and the ring had to be changed but the guarantee did not pass because it was a problem caused by me. They asked me for 175 euros. I took it days later to Rimini to an assistance center and they changed it for 2 MIN under warranty .. New mug without spending a euro. If it was for them I would have spent 175euro empty.

Lavastoviglie ferma per un pezzetto che potevo comprare su amzon ma ho pensato... andiamo da loro, facciamo del bene ai commercianti della citta. Non lo avessi mai fatto, 2gg di tempo la promessa, 10 euro di acconto altrimenti non ordinano nulla e poi.... il vuoto, son passati 15gg, chiamati più volte, nulla , arriverà , forse, strano, mah.... il pezzo ovviamente l'ho poi ordinato on line e ricevuto in 3 giorni, i 10 euro glieli regalo, si sa mai che assumano qualcuno di serio. Ciliegina sulla torta si sono spostati in un posto irraggiungibile in auto e senza parcheggio. Poi gli amici mi chiedono perché io acquisti spesso da Amazon The worst in Cesena. Hanno anche i ricettari sia in stick che in libri (TM31 e TM5). Trovo di tutto, ricambi degli elettrodomestici, articoli per la casa, detersivi, teglie, lampadine. Vendono anche stirelle di ottima qualità a cui fanno un ottima assistenza. La loro professionalià la esprimono al meglio nelle riparazioni degli elettromestici: chiedono un piccolo acconto sulla riparazione e poi fanno il preventivo dell'intero intervento.
