★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commessa molto maleducata, siamo entrati solo all'ingresso del negozio poiché al di fuori c'era un improvviso e forte temporale con grandine, vento molto forte e due ragazzini con noi.
Giusto 5 minuti per ripararci perché avevamo timore, questa bella persona ha avuto da ridire perché eravamo in troppi....in un emergenza e per pochi minuti con le mascherine, non credo avremmo creato una catasfofe....io lavoro in ospedale e sinceramente non avrei mai avuto il coraggio di trattare in tale modo delle persone in difficoltà !!

Very rude saleswoman, we entered only at the entrance of the shop because outside there was a sudden and strong thunderstorm with hail, very strong wind and two kids with us.
Just 5 minutes to fix ourselves because we were afraid, this beautiful person had to complain because there were too many of us .... in an emergency and for a few minutes with the masks, I don't think we would have created a catasfofe .... I work in the hospital and honestly I would never have had the courage to treat people in difficulty in this way !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo fare i complimenti ad una commessa, che si chiama Michela, per l'estrema gentilezza, cortesia e simpatia con la quale ci ha seguiti.
Entriamo per un regalo ad una coppia di amici che hanno avuto un bimbo e ci segue questa ragazza ascoltando le nostre esigenze e consigliandoci cosa comprare senza il "dover vendere per forza qualcosa".
Tanto è vero che abbiamo consigliato ai nostri amici di recarsi qui per comprare ciò di cui necessitano!
I must congratulate a saleswoman, whose name is Michela, for the extreme kindness, courtesy and sympathy with which she followed us.
We go for a gift to a couple of friends who have had a baby and follow us this girl listening to our needs and advising us what to buy without "having to sell something by force".
So much so that we have advised our friends to go here to buy what they need!

Good quality in relation to the cost, friendly and helpful staff. I took so many things for my granddaughters, too bad they have now gone away from that store. For me it was a shame, because I will have to look for another children's shop in the center of Brescia
