In quanto non mi hanno mai risposto alle mie info sulla spedizione della merce acquistata on line, e dopo 10 giorni ho scoperto che mi hanno annullato un ordine senza avvisarmi e emesso il rimborso dell'importo pagato. Poca serietà e attenzione verso il cliente zero. Saluti Bad communication .. Dopo 2 email senza risposta all'account che si occupa esclusivamente di clienti esteri, ho chiamato ben 3 volte per chiedere come completare la mia richiesta. L'ultima volta mi era stato promesso che la Sig.ra Vanessa mi avrebbe risposto subito per iscritto. Era 2 settimane fa. Deduco che hanno troppi clienti nazionali.... Ho sempre avuto il piacere di parlare con persone molto gentili e disponibili che hanno grande attenzione al cliente; le spedizioni sono seguite passo passo (spesso anche oltre l'orario di apertura al pubblico) e l'imballaggio è impeccabile soprattutto per prodotti come il mio il cui contenitore è altamente infrangibile. Consiglio vivamente questa farmacia on-line sia per i prodotti che per la cura e attenzione al cliente. Ancora grazie a tutto il personale. Ci sono tanti farmacisti a servire ma la serena è veramente brava. Non c’è un ingresso per disabili, hanno un distributore esterno di preservativi There is no parking, however, you have time to get out of the car, get in and buy.
