Dopo essere stata tratta malissimo alla farmacia Bravi, me ne sono andata senza fare il tampone. Ho chiamato la Farmacia Già Spedali Civili e mi hanno fissato l'appuntamento 10 minuti dopo. Nonostante abbia prenotato all'ultimo, il personale é stato efficiente ed estremamente gentile, si é svolto tutto perfettamente e mi hanno rilasciato il certificato dell'esito. Consigliatissimi!

After being treated very badly at the Bravi pharmacy, I left without swabing. I called the Pharmacy Already Spedali Civili and they made an appointment 10 minutes later. Despite having booked at the last minute, the staff was efficient and extremely kind, everything went perfectly and they issued me the certificate of the outcome. Highly recommended!
