Dopo avere effettuato un acquisto on-line, sono incappato in uno spiacevole disguido nella consegna (per colpa del corriere). Ho chiamato l'assistenza di SOKS e in pochissimo tempo hanno risolto il problema e ho ricevuto i miei ordini. Sono stati davvero efficienti ed educati. Nonostante la distanza (on-line) mi sono sentito coccolato. Sicuramente tornerò ad acquistare nuovi prodotti. Complimenti davvero! After making an online purchase, I ran into an unpleasant delivery problem (due to the courier's fault). I called SOKS support and in no time they fixed the problem and I got my orders. They were really efficient and polite. Despite the distance (online) I felt pampered. I will definitely come back to buy new products. Sincere congratulations!
