★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato in questo negozio solo per comprare delle lenti a contatto (per le offerte dei negozi Avanzi), quindi non mi riferisco ad altri servizi.
La prima volta che sono andato, qualche mese fa, la commessa mi ha fornito 3 pacchetti di lenti di un tipo e 1 di un altro (invece di 2 e 2 come ovviamente avevo chiesto) per cui sono dovuto tornare a farmele cambiare, la seconda volta (cioé oggi) la stessa commessa mi ha detto che avrei dovuto aspettare minimo 40 minuti per comprare dei pacchetti di lenti (non dovevo fare prova della vista o altro, solo acquistare delle lenti) e mi ha invitato ad andarmene, perché un'altra signora stava scegliendo degli occhiali e non si poteva interrompere.
Non c'era nessun altro in attesa.
Non tornerò una terza volta in questo negozio, e sconsiglio a chiunque altro di farlo.
I only went to this store to buy some contact lenses (for Avanzi store offers), so I'm not referring to other services.
The first time I went, a few months ago, the saleswoman gave me 3 packs of lenses of one type and 1 of another (instead of 2 and 2 as I had obviously asked for) so I had to go back and have them changed, the second once (i.e. today) the same saleswoman told me that I would have to wait at least 40 minutes to buy some packs of lenses (I didn't have to test my vision or anything, just buy lenses) and invited me to leave, because another lady was choosing glasses and could not stop.
There was no one else waiting.
I will not return a third time to this shop, and I do not recommend anyone else to do so.

Personale molto gentile e preparato, a mio parere i prezzi di lenti e montature sono nella norma. Infine aggiungo che gli occhiali sono stati preparati in poco tempo. In generale mi ritengo molto soddisfatto, assolutamente consigliato
