Mi meraviglio dello stile, dopo aver chiesto di controllare un capo che mi sarebbe servito per un evento importante il giorno successivo, verifico una volta tornata a casa che il capo ha una macchia molto evidente. Risultato, dopo avere speso ben 500 euro, ho dovuto chiamare il negozio, recarmi in negozio e cambiare il capo con un capo identico di una taglia più piccola che era in vetrina, non stirato, perché l'unico in negozio. Nessuna proposta preparata nel caso la taglia non fosse andata bene. Il personale si è scusato, io purtroppo non avevo alternative per questioni di tempo (mi serviva il giorno successivo) ma tra il tempo per tornare, il parcheggio, la benzina e la delusione... nessuno sconto, buono o piccolo omaggio che avrebbe potuto farmi tornare. Gentle but careless jobs. I marvel at the style, after having asked to check a garment that I would have needed for an important event the next day, I check once back at home that the garment has a very noticeable stain. Result, having spent a good 500 euros, I had to call the store, go to the store and change the garment with an identical item of a smaller size that was in the window, not ironed, because the only one in the store. No proposal prepared in case the size had not gone well. The staff apologized, unfortunately I had no alternative due to time constraints (I needed the next day) but between time to return, parking, gasoline and disappointment ... no discount, good or small gift that could have get me back.
