A luglio di questa estate ho consegnato in negozio un anello acquistato mesi prima presso La Bottega di Lia, perché venisse riparato.
Dopo quasi 4 mesi che chiedo aggiornamenti, scopro direttamente dal marchio produttore che l'anello non è mai arrivato al laboratotio del produttore, nonostante i titolari del negozio mi abbiano comunicato più volte (non una sola) che l'anello era già stato spedito e che era già in fase di riparazione.
A questo punto Immagino che il mio anello sia stato perso, tuttavia i titolari ad oggi non rispondono nè a me nè alla casa produttrice dell'anello.
Se devo essere breve, pessima assistenza e titolari (mi dispiace dirlo) molto scorretti.

In July of this summer, I delivered a ring purchased months before at La Bottega di Lia to the store, to be repaired.
After almost 4 months asking for updates, I discover directly from the manufacturer's brand that the ring never arrived at the manufacturer's laboratory, despite the shop owners having communicated to me several times (not a single one) that the ring had already been shipped and which was already being repaired.
At this point I guess that my ring has been lost, however the owners to date do not answer either to me or to the manufacturer of the ring.
To be brief, bad support and (I'm sorry to say) very incorrect owners.
