Devo dire che mi trovo davvero bene, mi piacciono un sacco e non mi hanno mai dato problemi (irritazioni ecc...). Il tutto, completato da delle commesse che ho trovato nel corso degli anni sempre molto competenti, carine e gentili. Nello specifico oggi, mi ha aiutato una commessa mora, con i capelli ricci e l'accento meridionale, che è stata davvero molto disponibile e carinissima. Ottimo lavoro ragazze! ? Specifically today, I was helped by a brunette saleswoman, with curly hair and a southern accent, who was really very helpful and very cute. Great job girls! ?
J	Jenny Falco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante io ami Yves Rocher e nonostante io mi sia trovata sempre abbastanza bene nei vari punti vendita di Italia, mi permetto di dire che oggi l'atteggiamento avuto (in questo di Pisa, ovviamente) nei miei confronti non è stato molto gentile. Per via del Covid-19 in questo negozio possono entrare al massimo due persone: nulla da dire in contrario, anzi. Oggi sono arrivata con l'intenzione di comprare un profumo che adoro e, come di consueto, mi sanifico le mani e controllo quante persone c'erano all'interno. Erano tre (anziché due). Un ragazzo alla cassa intento ad aspettare il suo pacchetto e due signore che chiedevano consulenza ad una commessa sul make-up. Attendo, attendo una decina di minuti e, notando che nessuno si stava facendo problemi per l'esubero di persona, alla fine, entro. Ovviamente, la signorina alla cassa mi caccia letteralmente dicendomi "Scusi, possono starci solo due persone". Al ché, la guardo e le dico "Ce ne sono già tre". Non so se non mi abbia capita o cosa, tralasciando la lentezza nel fare un pacchettino, ma comunque preferisco lasciare il negozio perché queste sono proprio le cose che non sopporto. Se dobbiamo rispettare le regole, rispettiamole tutti, per bene. La persona che mi ha servita è stata molto gentile e mi ha illustrato con grande competenza le proprietà di ognuno di essi. Ideale per tutti coloro che amano la cura del corpo e sono alla ricerca di prodotti di alta qualità. Il negozio e ben curato, ben illuminato e sicuramente il personale risulta cordiale e gentile. I prezzi sono in linea con la maggior parte dei prodotti di pari livello ma devo dire che sono rimasto un po' deluso sul scarso interesse ad extra sconti per acquisti di quantitativi superiori al monopezzo. Penso si tratti di direttive aziendali Ma credo che la flessibilità in questi casi sia indispensabile per l'acquisto di un nuovo cliente. Questo è l'unico motivo per cui non do 5 stelle alla mia recensione. Yves Rocher is a small shop located in the first part of Corso Italia coming from the station. Ideal for all those who love body care and are looking for high quality products. The shop is well maintained, well lit and the staff is certainly friendly and polite. The prices are in line with most of the products of the same level but I must say that I was a bit disappointed about the lack of interest in extra discounts for purchases of quantities greater than one piece. I think these are company directives But I believe that flexibility in these cases is essential for the purchase of a new customer. This is the only reason why I don't give my review 5 stars.
