★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seemed like reasonable prices (forgiving the devalued Pound!) .. not massive massive, but reasonably large with wide selection of fruit, veggies, meat/fish/cheese counters, a bakery/precooked food counter.if I was staying in an apartment, I'd be stocking up here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mid-sized grocery store uses it's mid-sized space very practically. It does not flamboyantly stock its shelves with superfluous, niche items simply because it has more room than say a small- sized grocery store. It is unassuming and diligent in its constant service of the every-man who frequents it's premises for goods. It is the very personification of the character James Stevens played by Anthony Hopkins in Kazuo Ishiguro's adapted novel 'Remains of the day'. Ever quiet and dutiful, the store (like Steven's himself) performs necessary services while remaining somewhat invisible to those not yet in need of him. More instant noodles needed though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here the second time in Pisa. They have a great selection of pastries and bread. Also unlike other coops their store is less Ikea-maze like. In case you forget something you don’t need to go all around the shop again.
