★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I asked for help to find my size, a young guy said size 45 while passing me and just walked away. I knew I had something in the range of 40-42, so I knew that wasn't it. When I found the right size and wanted to pay three people who work there (young trimmed guy, hipster guy with beard and lady) were just chatting and busy with themselves while I paid for my shirt . I thanked them and they didn't even say anything or looked at me.
But the worst part: when I got home to the Netherlands, the security tag was still on my shirt! Unbelievable. If they would have paid more attention to their product and costumer, this wouldn't have happened.
Absolute worst service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor service. I arrived in Pisa on a Tuesday to surprise a friend at a wedding I hadn't thought I could make. Down side was that I had literally no luggage apart from my wallet. I was recommended Gutteridge for suiting and all started well. I found fabrics and patterns I wanted and went to the desk.
When there's staff standing around playing on their phones and customers waiting to spend money, you'd expect some service. But no, ten minutes of queuing and I walked out. I phoned my tailor and they were able to overnight me a suit.
Was it that I was a tourist? God forbid I should be... Foreign!
In short, if you need quality and service send to a different country for it, it'll probably be faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very helpful and the store provides an big array of mens clothing. They happened to have excellent offers the day that I visited so I bought 2 shirts for a.good value. I was upset that they do not have non iron shirts.
