Mi sono recata presso Pinalli, a Pisa, e già entrando, la profumeria appare accogliente e di stile. La commessa Veronica, con tanta pazienza, mi ha aiutata a trovare ciò di cui la mia pelle aveva bisogno. Persona molto preparata sui prodotti, professionale e gentile. Sarà la profumeria che userò d'ora in poi!!!! I needed a new moisturizer for combination skin. I had tried numerous products but they weren't right for me. I went to Pinalli, in Pisa, and already entering, the perfumery looks welcoming and stylish. The saleswoman Veronica, with a lot of patience, helped me find what my skin needed. In negozio dipende da chi trovi e come, giorni in cui sono più predisposte alla clientela e giorni meno. All'inizio devo ammettere che mi trovavo meglio, sto valutando se riprovare o andare altrove. Pinalli as a company offers a nice online service, although lately customer service has been more responsive and present. Io le avrei voluto dire ma scusa è colpa mia se la tua collega non sa le cose?! Le chiedo dei campi ci i e sgarbatamente mi da due mini bustine lanciate senza nemmeno una spiegazione!!! Mai più piuttosto ordino su internet per non essere trattata così male da persone incompetenti e non capaci di trattare il cliente che sta comprando!!! Imparate l’educazione!!!! Mai più! !!
