Nice underwear store for women and men. The sales people are super friendly. Lots of promotions in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know if it’s only this Tezenis but their bra’s were only available in size A&B. Looked everywhere but couldn’t find cup size C or D. Very disappointed. Did buy some nice underwear in the sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service! Sales team is focused on customer but no pushing at all which is amazing! I was struggling with the sizes and i received the right advice and help: very good knowledge of the product. Staff is welcoming, polite and they don't mind to do extra miles to help customers! I was about to ask to the manager to join my staff in London.
Store was organised and with all the sizes out.
While i was trying my bras one of the girl she went on break: i though would finish to buy my stuff before she would came back...but after only 15 minutes she was back to work again!! They have just 15 minutes as break, unbelievable!!!! Not fair. Girls have been amazing, really hard working! I will came back to do more shopping. Thanks girls!!!! This is what I call great customer service!
