★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una cliente abituale del punto vendita, mai un disservizio o una mancanza da parte del personale supercordiale e disponibile. Purtroppo mi è successo che alcuni clienti approfittassero della gentilezza delle addette alle vendite. Ottimi i prodotti e scontistica sempre conveniente.
 I am a regular customer of the store, never a disservice or a lack on the part of the super friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, it happened to me that some customers took advantage of the kindness of the sales staff. Excellent products and always convenient discounts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio piccolo anche se è stato rinnovato e moderatamente completo di molti prodotti, offerte. Il personale addetto alla vendita, dicasi commesse, lascia molto a desiderare. Se sei fortunata trovi quella gentile ma è una rarità.
Small shop although it has been refurbished and moderately complete with many products, offers. The sales staff, let alone committed, leaves a lot to be desired. If you are lucky you find the nice one but it is a rarity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono tornata dopo un bel po' a causa della pandemia: ero sola nel minuscolo punto vendita, a causa delle restrizioni Covid e sono entrata dopo la paziente attesa. Per tutto il tempo della permanenza, le due addette, non hanno fatto altro che fingere di sistemare qualcosa pur di tampinarmi da vicino nel timore rubassi qualcosa: una sensazione sgradevolissima. Quando ho chiesto info su un prodotto, una non sapeva bene cosa rispondermi. Sull'assenza di un altro, l'altra mi ha liquidata con sufficienza dicendo che se non era nello scaffale...era finito e sarebbe stato sostotuito da un altro a giugno. Avrei voluto acquistare diverse cose, ma l'atteggiamento delle due addette, mi ha talmente infastidita ed umiliata che ho pagato e sono uscita. Passa il tempo, ma il personale di questo punto vendita lo trovo sempre estremamente sgradevole, cosa che non mi è mai successo altrove. Inoltre l'assortimento non è mai completo ed i campioncini sembrano una vera rarità. Peccato! Dopo quest'ultima esperienza, non ci tornerò mai più.
I went back there after quite a while due to the pandemic: I was alone in the tiny store, due to Covid restrictions and I entered after the patient wait. For the whole time of the stay, the two employees did nothing but pretend to fix something just to bump into me in fear of stealing something: a very unpleasant sensation. When I asked for information on a product, one was not sure what to answer. On the absence of another, the other dismissed me with disdain saying that if it was not on the shelf ... it was finished and would be replaced by another in June. I wanted to buy several things, but the attitude of the two employees bothered and humiliated me so much that I paid and went out. Time passes, but the staff of this store always find it extremely unpleasant, which has never happened to me elsewhere. Furthermore, the assortment is never complete and the samples seem a real rarity. Sin! After this last experience, I will never go back.

Detto ciò, commesse nuove o no, il negozio è da sempre fornito e gestito con attenzione nei confronti del cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in negozio circa un mese fa, dopo molto tempo che non ci entravo per la maleducazione delle commesse. Ho notato con piacere il cambiamento di personale. Alessia, la nuova commessa che ho trovato, è stata molto gentile e mi ha consigliato e seguito da quando sono entrata fino alla fine sui prodotti che dovevo prendere. Ora sicuramente sarà un'esperienza piacevole entrare da Yves Rocher.
I was in the shop about a month ago, after a long time that I didn't go in due to the rudeness of the orders. I was pleased to see the change in staff. Alessia, the new saleswoman I found, was very kind and advised and followed me from when I entered until the end on the products I had to take. Now it will surely be a pleasant experience to enter Yves Rocher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il punto vendita di Porta di Roma è il più lento mai visto. Ogni volta che sono venuta qui, pur essendo l’unico cliente presente sono stata sottoposta a lunghe attese per riuscire a concludere l’acquisto. Più di una volta ho rinunciato e rimesso a posto il prodotto.
The Porta di Roma store is the slowest ever. Every time I came here, despite being the only customer present, I was subjected to long waits to be able to complete the purchase. More than once I have given up and put the product back.
