★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata in questa parafarmacia e la commessa era al telefono, facendo una telefonata privata, vado per chiederle una cosa con il prodotto in mano e mi voleva far pagare subito al che le ho detto che le volevo chiedere una informazione, lei in modo scocciato ha fatto attende la sua amica al telefono e praticamente mi ha risposto una cosa che era scritta sulla scatola, Molto maleducata, non ha mai attaccato il telefono.
Da scappare e non entrarci più.
I entered this parapharmacy and the saleswoman was on the phone, making a private phone call, I go to ask her something with the product in hand and she wanted me to pay immediately so I told her that I wanted to ask her for information, she was so annoyed did wait for her friend on the phone and practically answered me something that was written on the box, very rude, she never attacked the phone.
To escape and not enter it anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante il momento delicato in cui anche le parafarmacie dovrebbero fornire un supporto alle persone, il personale e’ in alcuni casi scontroso con evidente scarsa voglia di lavorare. Ieri mia moglie e’ andata per acquistare una matita per gli occhi ed una crema e la commessa le ha più volte riposto in maniera scontrosa. Non ritorneremo.
Despite the delicate moment in which even the drugstores should provide support for people, staff and 'sometimes grumpy with obvious lack of desire to work. Yesterday my wife and 'gone to buy a pencil for eyes and a cream and has committed more than once placed in sullen manner. We will not come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La commessa è incredibilmente acida e poco collaborativa........ piuttosto che aiutarti ti dice che il prodotto è finito e ti manda via (voglia di lavorare scansati). Per fortuna c’è a volte un farmacista molto più simpatico che si fa in quattro per aiutare il cliente, andando a cercare in magazzino quello che serve.
The order is incredibly sour and uncooperative ........ rather than helping you, it tells you that the product is finished and sends you away (desire to work shunned). Fortunately, there is sometimes a much nicer pharmacist who goes out of his way to help the customer, going to the warehouse for what they need.
