R	Roberto Martinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente sgarbate mi sono recata ad acquistare dei medicinali per la prima volta per mio marito e pensando ci fossero due file,una per il tampone ed una per le medicine mi sono avvicinata al banco ed in modo sgarbato sia la dottoressa che la signora che aiuta mi hanno fatto notare che c'erano dei clienti prima di me. Really rude I went to buy medicines for the first time for my husband and thinking there were two lines, one for the tampon and one for the medicines, I approached the counter and in a rude way both the doctor and the lady who helps me they pointed out that there were customers before me.

Ho chiamato chiedendo per un tampone e mi era stato detto che potevo venire perché c era poca gente.. Fila per pagare e accettazione, due file per tamponi e circa 30 persone che aspettavano da mattina presto e inoltre c è un ulteriore fila per ritirare il referto. 2-3 ore per un tampone. Disorganizzazione completa, insultato dalla farmacista e continuava ripetutamente a dirmi che mi stava facendo un favore a farmi fare un tampone che per altro fa veramente malissimo e dicono che si fa così quando ne ho fatti a decine e non mi ha mai fatto così male.. Sconsiglio vivamente di andare in questa farmacia, dove se ne approfittano e cercando solo di lucrarci su una situazione così delicata che attualmente vive il nostro paese con grossi assembramenti proprio il giorno prima del decreto del super green pass. Sono le 12:30 e la farmacia chiude alle 13:00 e ci sono ancora più di 20 persone in fila per il tampone, stanno facendo pagare altra gente per fare la fila e c'è ancora la fila da fare per il referto. Situazione indecente Very rude pharmacist and fake person to get 15 euros more for a tampon. I called asking for a tampon and was told that I could come because there were few people .. E	Elisabetta Proietti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina sono andata ad effettuare il tampone io e mia figlia di 12 anni e sono rimasta veramente sconcertata dalla mancanza di tatto ed empatia dimostrata, e che invece un medico medico dovrebbe avere nell 'effettuare una operazione così delicata come un semplice tampone.Non è stato un semplice fastidio ma un dolore lancinante durato parecchi secondi a mio avviso veramente troppi. Alla richiesta di una spiegazione mi è stato detto che è cosi che il test deve essere effettuato.Altri clienti si sono lamentati con me. NON TORNERO' MAI PIU' PER UN TAMPONE E NE TANTOMENO PORTERO MIA FIGLIA. Vi auguro vivamente di chiudere per fallimento . Personale incapace e schiavizzato dalla titolare .
