Da provare i bagnischiuma, le fragranze sono ottime e i profumi davvero particolari! Adoro gli shampoo e le maschere per capelli.. Ho acquistato i prodotti su uno dei quali non mi è stato applicato lo sconto del 50.. Tornata a casa ho guardato lo scontrino e mi sono accorta dell'errore.. Quel giorno dovevo lavorare e non mi sono recata subito al negozio.. Sono andata dopo due giorni e mi è stato detto che dovevo recarmi lo stesso giorno perché il rimborso doveva essere effettuato nelle 24 ore.. Ho insistito che comunque l'errore era della commessa e che rivolevo indietro i miei soldi.. Mi hanno proposto due opzioni.. Uno che dovevo comprare un altro prodotto allo stesso prezzo e la seconda soluzione che dovevano chiamare in sede e vedere il da farsi.. Gli ho lasciato la copia del mio scontrino aspettando che chiamassero.. Passato qualche giorno senza avere notizie mi sono recata al punto vendita e mi sono fatta dare i soldi.. Ora mi domando e chiedo se il cliente deve essere a conoscenza delle procedure di ogni negozio di rimborsi e altre situazioni.. Credo che le attività commerciali debbano andare in contro al cliente soprattutto se l'errore è dell'attività stessa.. Ho dovuto insistere e questo è stato parecchio seccante per me.. Mi sono recata oggi pomeriggio in negozio insieme al mio fidanzato e stavamo acquistando alcuni prodotti (che avevamo già praticamente scelto) e la signora alla cassa (incapace di gestire la capienza delle persone in negozio) ha invitato ad uscire fuori il mio ragazzo invitando solo me e restare perchè entrava altra gente. Siccome stavamo facendo acquisti INSIEME, grazie alla maleducazione e all'arroganza dela commessa ho lasciato i prodotti e sono andata via e mi sono ripromessa di non ritornarci più. Bad !!!!
