I	Ines De Luca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che sono sempre stata una assidua cliente di Sephora, ma ormai non ci entro più volentieri. E, a giudicare dalle recensioni, non sono l'unica. Ormai ha la "leggerezza" di una banca, anzi, della Zecca di Stato. Si inizia con il filtro della guardia giurata, ingombrante sia fisicamente che nell'atteggiamento, che spesso costringe ad aspettare nonostante nel negozio ci siano pochissime persone. Poi, una volta raggiunta l'agognata entrata, ecco che arriva puntuale una commessa che invita a non annusare i profumi ma utilizzare i cartoncini, come se annusare i tester significasse infilarli nel naso... Io penso che a tutto esista un limite. Sono sempre andata volentieri da Sephora, mi dava la sensazione che evoca la leggerezza di "Colazione da Tiffany". Ormai mette ansia e toglie il respiro. Non ci andrò più e non sono l'unica. Peccato I state that I have always been a regular customer of Sephora, but now I do not enter more willingly. And, judging by the reviews, I'm not the only one. It starts with the security guard filter, cumbersome both physically and in attitude, which often forces you to wait despite the fact that there are very few people in the shop. Then, once you reach the coveted entrance, here comes a saleswoman on time, inviting you not to smell the perfumes but to use the cards, as if smelling the testers meant putting them in the nose ... I think that there is a limit to everything. I've always liked to go to Sephora, it gave me the feeling that evokes the lightness of "Breakfast at Tiffany's". Now it makes you anxious and takes your breath away. I won't go there anymore and I'm not the only one. Pity

Ho trovato tutte le novità in materia di profumi e ho testato alcune fragranza con calma, le commesse sono state gentili e molto disponibili. L'addetta alla vendita forse avrebbe potuto essere più professionale nel propormi le soluzioni al mio problema The cashier? Phenomenal: friendly, proactive but unobtrusive smiling. The sales clerk could perhaps have been more professional in proposing solutions to my problem

La commessa le diceva che non era più in commercio e le rifilava un'altra nuance di Poison. Mia sorella si recava presso lo store per richiederne la sostituzione poichè POISON è regolarmente in vendita anche sul sito Sephora, ma le veniva rifiutata per scadenza dei termini. Ora se ci fosse stata onestà comportamentale dell'addetta alle vendite non ci sarebbe stata la richiesta di sostituzione . Imbroglioni si nasce non si diventa . Facilissimo approfittarsi di una ragazzina. Da evitare anche il solo ingresso in questo luogo . Una volta arrivate alla casa per pagare , la signora che si occupava del pagamento ci propone aggiungere stelina profumata di 1,50 €. Non lo vogliamo , e rispondo con grazie no.. dopo di che la signora diventa totalmente insistente per aggiungere quella stella, in una maniera quasi violenta , non voleva proprio lasciare andare , visto che diciamo la 10 volta NO!! Allora lei dice io lo aggiungo ma non lo pagate .. e lo mette su scontrino .. arrivo a casa , per notare che ho pagato quella stella , aggiunta su scontrino .. però nella borsa non c'è .. quindi siamo state rubate per forza.. la problema non è la stellina .. la problema e di sentirti obbligato a comprare qualcosa .. di comportarsi in modo violento .. per questo comportamento .. e quelli 1.50 euro rubati .. sicuramente troverò un altro negozio di dove comprare prossima volta.. il mercato e grande , e diverso ..non voglio essere trattata in questo modo sui miei soldi. Commessa della quale non ricordo il nome (ma lavora in questo punto vendita da una vita), al momento dell’acquisto ci ha infilato delle stelline profumate spacciandole per omaggi, invece li abbiamo pagati circa 1,50 l’uno se non erro. VERGOGNA! Non si fa così. Non ci é stato chiesto se li volessimo, ci sono stati inseriti nella busta e basta spacciandoli per omaggi. Siamo clienti Sephora da diversi anni e non ci era mai successa una cosa simile. Che peccato ci siano persone così DISONESTE! Prima invece siamo serviti da un espertissimo ragazzo che ci ha illustrato diverse profumazioni con garbo, gentilezza e professionalità. Lui meriterebbe 5 stelle. La commessa in cassa INCOMMENTABILE! UGLY CHEAT! Saleswoman whose name I don't remember (but she has been working in this store for a lifetime), at the time of purchase she slipped us some scented stars, passing them off as gifts, instead we paid about 1.50 each if I'm not mistaken. SHAME! It's not like that. We weren't asked if we wanted them, they were put in the envelope and just passed off as freebies. We have been Sephora customers for several years and such a thing has never happened to us. What a pity there are such DISONEST people! First, however, we are served by a very expert guy who has shown us different fragrances with grace, kindness and professionalism. He deserves 5 stars. The shop assistant INCOMMENTABLE!
