Questo pomeriggio in compagnia di mia sorella, ci rechiamo in questo negozio e dopo circa 3 minuti scarsi si avvicina una commessa che "gentilmente" esordisce: 《signore, o acquistate o uscite, in modo da far entrare altre clienti》. Fuori dalla porta vi era una sola cliente, non so come mai la scelta della commessa sia ricaduta su di noi e non so come si possa dire una cosa del genere, ma trovo ciò veramente di pessimo gusto. Sicuramente non è una situazione semplice, ma tra 5 clienti all'interno del negozio (noi ultime entrate), ci siamo sentite letteralmente mandate via. I purchased with pleasure in this shop always finding brands of my liking. In piu occasioni ho potuto riscontrare enorme scortesia, arroganza e poca professionalità da parte di tutto il personale ad eccezione di una signora con i capelli biondi e gli occhi chiari. Se non fosse stato per lei non avrei MAI acquistato in questo negozio. Invece di attirare la clientela, il loro comportamento induce le persone a non mettere più piede in boutique! Inoltre in caso di problema non ti permetteno mai di parlare con il proprietario o con chi ne fa le veci. Spero solo che quest'ultimo possa quantomeno leggere questa recensione e prendere provvedimenti in merito. I strongly advise against. On several occasions I have encountered enormous rudeness, arrogance and lack of professionalism on the part of all the staff except for a lady with blond hair and light eyes. If it weren't for her I would NEVER shop at this shop. Instead of attracting customers, their behavior causes people not to set foot in the boutique again! Furthermore, in case of a problem, we will never allow you to talk to the owner or whoever takes his place. I just hope the latter can at least read this review and take action on it.

Ho portato con me una maglietta da cambiare e mi è stato detto che era stropicciata, e non era corretto portarlo in quelle condizioni. Io mi sono scusata perché era da un paio di giorni nella busta in macchina e non mi ero accorta di ciò. La commessa con i capelli corti e gli occhiali mi ha detto che questo dice molto della persona che sono. Ma che modi sono? Io per educazione non ho neanche risposto male. Ma l’educazione e il buonsenso dovreste averlo voi con i clienti. Detto ciò non mi rivedrete più in questo negozio ne a me e ne a tanta altra gente per la cattiva pubblicità che vi farò. But what are the ways? Out of education I have not even answered badly. But you should have education and common sense with your customers. Having said that you will never see me again in this shop nor to me and to many other people for the bad publicity that I will do to you.

A mio marito hanno regalato una maglia, non essendo la taglia giusta, mi reco in negozio per poterla cambiare; dato che i cambi si effettuano solo da lunedì al venerdì, per motivi lavorativi lui non può andare, chiedo gentilmente se mi può fare un buono. Mi hanno detto che non possono ??. Così cerco di trovare qualcosa che possa interessarmi....poca scelta, da precisare che qualsiasi cosa prendo non si potrà più effettuare un'altro cambio ??‍♀️. Dopo quasi tre quarti d'ora con rammarico scelgo....ma ahimè non arrivo all'importo, mancano ancora 20€ per arrivare alla cifra spesa in precedenza. Per concludere non mi hanno potuto dare niente con quell'importo....ho deciso di andare via....sono veramente senza parole. Non mi era mai successa una cosa del genere. Dopo 3 mesi si scuce il bordino e successivamente perde la calamita di chiusura mi reco al negozio con la borsa e con lo scontrino e la carissima signora bionda sostiene che la borsa non è stata acquistata li, già questo la dice lunga non avendo riconosciuto il proprio prodotto e ci tengo a precisare che avevo lo scontrino. dopo un battibecco mi viene detto che avrebbero inviato una email al brand e che mi avrebbero fatto sapere. non avendo notizie sono passata più volte dal negozio e come risposta ho sempre ricevuto "ci spiace ma non abbiamo avuto nessun riscontro dalla società". a questo punto decido di fare personalmente l'email al brand e mi viene risposto dopo SOLO 3 GIORNI dicendo di non aver ricevuto alcuna richiesta da Garuda. Siete una DELUSIONE e una MASSA DI PAGLIACCI, sono stata presa in giro per 4 mesi. Non acquisterò più in questo negozio e vi farò cattiva pubblicità. lo sconsiglio vivamente per la poca professionalità. Bad experience, unprofessional. I bought a bag. Non farò più acquisti in questo negozio.
