Innanzitutto la persona da cui sono stato servito si è posta con un atteggiamento di supponenza a dir poco fastidioso. La maggior parte degli abiti sono senza prezzo sull'etichetta, cosa che mi fa pensare che i prezzi vengano fatti " ad personam". Ma la cosa davvero sbalorditiva è successa quando sono arrivato alla cassa: pur spendendo tantissimi soldi (tantissimi!) mi sono visto negare la possibilità di ridurre il prezzo di 3 euro per arrivare a cifra tonda. Certo 3 euro sul totale che ho speso non erano assolutamente nulla e non avrebbero cambiato nulla, ma questo gesto è stato così di cattivo gusto e scortese che mi viene difficilissimo pensare di poter ritornare in questo negozio. I clienti vanno coccolati e non maltrattati in questo modo.
In many years and in all the shops where I have made purchases, it has never happened to me that I was treated like today. First of all, the person by whom I was served posed with an attitude of arrogance that was annoying to say the least. Most of the clothes are priceless on the label, which makes me think that the prices are made "ad personam". But the really amazing thing happened when I got to the checkout: despite spending a lot of money (a lot!) I was denied the possibility of reducing the price by 3 euros to get a round figure. Of course, 3 euros out of the total I spent was absolutely nothing and would not have changed anything, but this gesture was so tasteless and rude that it is very difficult for me to think of being able to return to this shop. Customers should be pampered and not mistreated in this way.
