Personale molto preparato sempre gentilissimo, capace di consigliare sempre al meglio i pazienti, per non parlare del fatto che vieni accolto sempre con un sorriso. È estremamente fornita soprattutto nel reparto della Dermocosmesi. Ogni mese vengono organizzate giornate a tema nelle quali è possibile acquistare a prezzi vantaggiosi e avere la consulenza di esperti del settore. Un servizio non di poco conto! Lo staff, oltre ad essere molto preparato, ha una gentilezza e una disponibilità non comuni. C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State attenti alla scadenza dei medicinali che vi vendono perché non è possibile poi ritrovarsi con compresse di utilizzo non continuativo che scadono a distanza di un mese. È vergognoso. Oltretutto si tratta di articolo acquistato senza ricetta e mi hanno riferito che, avendo già assunto una compressa (per urgenza) non possono cambiare la confezione. Pay attention to the expiration of the medicines they sell you because it is not possible to end up with tablets of non-continuous use that expire after one month. It is shameful. Nel mio caso si trattava solo di un pacco di Benagol (circa 9€) ma che ho dovuto buttare poiché erano tutte appiccicate alla carta di alluminio quando si staccavano. La scadenza era 04/22 ed io le ho acquistate a fine marzo. Ps. So bene che la scadenza si riferisce alla fine del mese, ma rimane comunque un prodotto in prossimità di scadenza e soprattutto inutilizzabile. Purtroppo ero solo di passaggio da quelle parti altrimenti avrei richiesto il cambio del prodotto, perché 10€ a me non li regala nessuno. Grazie comunque per la cortese risposta. In my case it was just a pack of Benagol (around € 9) but I had to throw it away as they were all stuck to the aluminum foil when they came off. The deadline was 04/22 and I bought them at the end of March. Ps. I know very well that the expiry refers to the end of the month, but it is still a product close to expiry and above all unusable. Unfortunately I was just passing through there, otherwise I would have requested the change of the product, because no one gives me 10 €. Thanks anyway for your kind reply.
