★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo bisogno di un tampone rapido e mi sono recato in questa farmacia di domenica perché era una delle poche aperte che li faceva. Una volta entrato mi è stato riferito di recarmi sul retro perché era li che si facevano i tamponi, ho fatto come detto, sono entrato da una porta sul retro chiedendo gentilmente il permesso e uno dei due farmacisti mi ha intimato di uscire per poi ridermi in faccia, sbeffeggiandomi insieme alla sua collega farfugliando cose incomprensibili, non facendomi nemmeno capire quale fosse il mio errore. Dopo l'accaduto, senza dir nulla, me ne sono andato e mi sono recato altrove. Un cliente può anche sbagliare ma non c'è alcun bisogno di porgersi con tale maleducazione.
I needed a quick tampon and I went to this pharmacy on a Sunday as it was one of the few open ones that did them. Once I entered I was told to go to the back because it was there that the tampons were made, I did as I said, I entered through a back door politely asking for permission and one of the two pharmacists ordered me to go out and then laughed at myself. face, mocking me together with his colleague mumbling incomprehensible things, not even making me understand what my mistake was. After what happened, without saying anything, I left and went elsewhere. A customer may be wrong but there is no need to reach out with such rudeness.
