★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se il piatto forte è la cortesia di questo posto , il buon cibo fusion è la meraviglia. Una sorprendente novità per chi è abituato al comune giapponese . Prezzi non bassi ma sicuramente accessibili a chi è abituato a mangiare bene. Non vedo l'ora di ritornarci.
If the courtesy of this place is the highlight, good fusion food is the wonder. A surprising novelty for those accustomed to the Japanese commune. Prices are not low but certainly accessible to those who are used to eating well. Can't wait to go back.

Adossé à une poissonnerie aux viviers pleins de fruits de mer, ce Restaurant est tout en finesse: meubles vaisselles et services sont à l’unisson. La finesse des plats japonais dépasse ce que j’ai connu sur leur île !Je ne peux que que conseiller de vite vous y rendre et de vous laisser émerveiller.
This new restaurant is surprising in a small Apulian town like Fasano. Backed by a fishmonger with fishponds full of seafood, this Restaurant is full of finesse: tableware and services go hand in hand. The delicacy of Japanese dishes exceeds what I have experienced on their island! I can only recommend that you get there quickly and let yourself be amazed.

Personale cordiale e molto preparato anche nella spiegazione dei piatti. Prezzi giusti per la qualità delle materie prime e del servizio. Assolutamente consigliato per chi vuol spendere e mangiare bene.
Unique experience, superior to the usual all you can eat in the area. You feel the freshness of the products. The salmon sashimi was truly spectacular, like butter. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff also in the explanation of the dishes. Fair prices for the quality of raw materials and service. Absolutely recommended for those who want to spend and eat well.
