★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sul sito online di questa farmacia ho acquistato il 23.02.2021 ben 3 flaconi di crema solare protettiva in previsione dell'estate, perchè c'era una buona offerta. spedizione veloce ma tutti e 3 i flaconi hanno scadenza... prima dell'inizio dell'estate (21.06)!... ho contattato il venditore sia telefonicamente che per iscritto senza successo. possono accettare il reso ma a spese mie e i costi di reso penalizzano molto, quasi lo stesso prezzo dei prodotti. la data di scadenza è una informazione fondamentale soprattutto per un prodotto solare, non si può omettere di informare l'acquirente di una scadenza così ravvicinata in fase di pre order. E non si può abbandonarlo quando ti chiede aiuto. non riordinerò più da questo venditore.

I contacted the seller both by phone and in writing without success. they can accept the return but at my expense and the return costs penalize a lot, almost the same price of the products. the expiration date is fundamental information especially for a solar product, we cannot omit to inform the buyer of such a close deadline in the pre-order phase. And he cannot be abandoned when he asks you for help. i will not reorder from this seller anymore.
