Lo spumone artigianale del Bar Venere è la vera punta di diamante: intrinso di storia fasanese, lavorato a mano rigorosamente con la ricetta dei maestri pasticceri di altri tempi.
Inoltre Gino, il proprietario, è il massimo della professionalità e dell’accoglienza. Insieme a suo figlio Vito, mi fanno sentire a casa e deliziano tutti gli sfizi del mio palato.

Legendary bar. A real guarantee, from breakfast to aperitif. Battle horse? The pastry! Croissants, ice creams, pies, desserts and cakes are handcrafted, with quality ingredients.
The artisanal spumone of Bar Venere is the real spearhead: steeped in the history of Fasano, handcrafted strictly with the recipe of the pastry chefs of yesteryear.
In addition, Gino, the owner, is the utmost in professionalism and hospitality. Together with his son Vito, they make me feel at home and delight all the whims of my palate.
Not just a bar… the “Venere” is legend!
