★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many vegan options!!! If you’re vegan or vegetarian and visiting the puglia region you cannot miss this restaurant. I wish I got some phots of our good but it all looked so amazing we devoured it instantly. It was absolutely delicious. I wish I had discovered this place sooner so that I could eat here again before we leave tomorrow. Vegan dragon roll and the matcha noodles were to die for!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality fish. Oddly, they were out of tuna -- a staple for any sushi restaurant. Somewhat indifferent service; servers seemed uncomfortable dealing with non-Italian guests, though the manager's can-do attitude and hospitality made up for it.
