Mi sono iscritta nel 2018 senza alcun tipo di esperienza sportiva alle spalle e sono riusciti non solo a farmi tornare in forma (cosa mai capitata in altre palestre), ma anche a farmi apprezzare le fatiche che un allenamento richiede, grazie a corsi di gruppo stimolanti, completi e anche divertenti! L'ambiente è pulito e completo di tutto quello che serve anche per l'allenamento individuale! I signed up in 2018 without any kind of sports experience behind me and they managed not only to get me back in shape (which has never happened in other gyms), but also to make me appreciate the efforts that a workout requires, thanks to stimulating group courses , complete and even fun! The environment is clean and complete with everything you need even for individual training!

La palestra è super attrezzata, con macchinari e corsi di ogni tipo. Non è facile trovare palestre che ti fanno allenare con così tanto piacere. Andrea and Yvonne are certainly the greatest asset of the XXL: always kind, helpful and nice, which never hurts. The gym is super-equipped, with machines and courses of all kinds. Mi alleno qui da molto tempo, il clima è sempre piacevolissimo, la palestra intesa sia come struttura che come attività è in continua crescita con corsi e proposte nuove. Andre e Yvo sono allo stesso tempo gli amici con cui scherzare e confrontarsi tra una serie e l’altra e i coach sempre pronti a correggere tecnica ed esecuzione. Personalmente lavoro in ambito sanitario e, quando consiglio attività fisica ai miei pazienti, indico sempre l’XXL, certa che tutte le attività vengono svolte con precisione e attenzione. Andrea, Yvonne and their gym are a second home for me. Da quando sono arrivato al Xxl (4 mesi fa) ho avuto dei grandi risultati. Sono veramente molto disponibili ai clienti e hanno creato un ambiente bellissimo. I miei complimenti a loro per essere i migliori in quello che fanno. Perfect gym! Well equipped, spotless, the most knowledgeable staff I have ever experienced. Since I arrived at Xxl (4 months ago) I have had great results. They are really very helpful to customers and have created a beautiful environment. Non abito vicino, ma ho deciso di fare qualche chilometro in più per venire qui perché ne vale assolutamente la pena! Prima dell’Xxl non avevo mai trovato una palestra in cui allenarmi con così tanto piacere. La palestra è molto attrezzata, l’ambiente è accogliente, luminoso. I corsi, illustrati sul sito, sono ben studiati da un personale preparatissimo e sono molto efficaci, inoltre ti permettono di sentirti parte di una seconda “famiglia”. Andrea e Yvonne si distinguono per la loro professionalità, disponibilità, e per la passione e l’entusiasmo per il loro lavoro che riescono a trasmettere anche a noi! The Xxl is without a doubt the best gym in the area. I don't live nearby, but I decided to walk a few more kilometers to come here because it is absolutely worth it! Before Xxl I had never found a gym where I could train with so much pleasure. The gym is well equipped, the environment is welcoming and bright. The courses, illustrated on the site, are well studied by a highly trained staff and are very effective, and they also allow you to feel part of a second "family". Andrea and Yvonne stand out for their professionalism, availability, and for the passion and enthusiasm for their work that they are able to convey to us too!

Powerlifting, Crossfit, Calisthenics, Bodybuilding, Strongman, Fitness, Zumba, Yoga, Outdoor gym. The gym has much equipmemt and enough weight. The hosts and coaches were super friendly and they knew much about training. It was also very clean and cheap. If you're staying at Lago Maggiore you have to visit it.
