Se vuoi tornare in forma e in armonia con il tuo corpo devi venire qui. Gym that takes care of your body with attention to coordination and natural movements. Nothing to do with the very boring gyms with weights and machines. If you want to get back in shape and in harmony with your body you have to come here.

Ho trovato un ambiente completamente al di fuori del comune, corsi che non avrei mai pensato di seguire. È un mondo dinamico, con corsi che si potrebbero definire "Quasi giochi" Ma che alla fine ti distruggono!!!! In due mesi ho ottenuto risultati che non ho avuto in anni di palestra. Sei seguito a vista d'occhio, ti sanno consigliare i corsi adatti alle tue esigenze ed orari. Si possono seguire anche lezioni all'aperto con un circuito veramente strabiliante!!! I prezzi sono in linea con le altre palestre e soprattutto con la professionalità e pulizia che offrono. Voto 10!!!!! I joined this gym for two months.
