La titolare è una persona dinamica, precisa, super professionale, ci stupisce sempre con nuovi servizi e nuovi allenamenti strutturati secondo nostre abilità, esigenze e grado di preparazione. Servizio di assistenza/consulenza per le allieve presenti e nuovi allievi, Vi fa capire meglio vostre esigenze, esigenze di vostro corpo, paure da superare... Considero questa palestra mia isola felice. Provate e vedrete che rimarrete soddisfatti, stupiti, innamorati e non potrete più farne a meno di allenarvi. I love this gym, realm of professionalism, quality of training, friendship. The owner is a dynamic, precise, super professional person, she always amazes us with new services and new workouts structured according to our skills, needs and degree of preparation. Intanto mi ha restituito la consapevolezza che se voglio posso fare qualsiasi cosa, impegnandomi e divertendomi. Mi bloccava il fatto che sentivo di non avere più "l'età" e mi ero rassegnata a dover vivere dei doloretti che a 57 anni ritenevo ormai dovessero far parte integrante del mio quotidiano. Rigida e arruginita, non credevo si potesse invertire la tendenza. E invece non è così. Ho iniziato ad allenarmi nella sua palestra, e ho scoperto che il potere del cambiamento è nelle nostre mani, nelle mie mani. E il mio corpo ha iniziato a rispondere. Non riesco più ormai a stare senza allenarmi... mi fa sentire in pace con me stessa, mi fa sentire amata da me stessa, che è la cosa più importante. Durante poi il lookdown Jessica ci ha seguite passo passo, tutti i giorni con lezioni su fb e su zoom, anche con più lezioni al giorno, con energia, brio, buonumore e una professionalità da grande atleta quale è. Le sue lezioni sono davvero stupende. Mai uguali, divertenti, super stimolanti. Io davvero non so come ringraziare la vita per avermi fatto conoscere questa ragazza e il suo teem veramente super! Grazie grazie grazie ragazze. Speriamo di riprendere presto ad allenarci in palestra, ma nel frattempo grazie per aver creato questa forma alternativave validissima di allenamento a distanza, macsrmpre seguito dall'occhio vigile delle nostre insegnanti!! I was blocked by the fact that I felt I was no longer "old" and I had resigned myself to having to experience the pains that at 57 I thought should now be an integral part of my daily life. Stiff and rusty, I didn't think the trend could be reversed. But it is not so. I started training in his gym, and found that the power of change is in our hands, in my hands. And my body started responding. I can no longer stay without training ... it makes me feel at peace with myself, it makes me feel loved by myself, which is the most important thing. Then during the lookdown Jessica followed us step by step, every day with lessons on fb and zoom, even with more lessons a day, with energy, brio, good humor and the professionalism of a great athlete that she is. Sempre disponibili a spiegarci anche 1000 volte un esercizio e infondete un'energia che solo da voi posso trovare! L'amore che mettete in tutto quello che fate per noi si sente e si vede! come per esempio nell'organizzare la fantastica festa per i vostri 5 anni! Abbiamo ballato e nuotato tantissimo e la Pole&Fitness Passion è una super squadra! Si è formato un grande affiatamento tra noi ragazze dei vari corsi! Sono fiera delle mie insegnanti e fiera di poter far parte di questa palestra! To say that you are wonderful is an understatement! besides being a professional environment you are like a family! Jessica e tutto il suo staff, sono professionali, capaci e molto molto preparate, seguono formazioni costanti e la loro disponibilità é davvero unica. La palestra offre diversi corsi, differenti per ogni esigenza, senza mai trascurare l'aspetto e il rispetto delle necessità di ogni singolo utente della palestra, tanto che é disponibile un servizio di consulenza personale (mai visto in altre palestre). Frequento la palestra dal 2016, é stata una continua evoluzione, integrando sempre più servizi, formazione e attenzione a quei dettagli che pochi sanno valorizzare in questo modo. La forza, la preparazione e l'energia delle insegnanti ed in particolare di Jessica è palpabile e anche in periodi di obbligata chiusura offre un servizio di allenamento online che permette tra le altre cose, di allenarsi dove come e quando si vuole, facendo l'allenamento che si vuole anche quello che magari non si ha sempre la possibilità di seguire.... Tenersi in forma o quanto meno in movimento fa certamente bene al fisico...ma anche allo spirito e Pole and fitness passion me na ha data prova! Io frequento il corso di Pole Dance, ma ho avuto modo, con gli allenamenti online di provare ogni tipo di allenamento tra cui Flessibilità, Total body, Powerfit,ecc..... Consigliatissima!!!!!! 5 stars are not enough to evaluate this activity! M	Mariagrazia Fattizzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una chiaccherata con la titolare Jessica, a settembre presi la decisione di iscrivermi in questa scuola, poi novembre la chiusura dei centri sportivi... Subito arrivò la proposta degli allenamenti online ed accettai, dopo 3 mesi e mezzo non posso che ritenermi soddisfatta della scelta fatta. Conoscere Jessica è stata una manna dal cielo, mi ha aiutato tantissimo nel mio percorso (anche in seguito a un trauma subito anni fa), nonostante il poco tempo passato dall'iscrizione alla scuola. Nomino anche il team spettacolare che la affianca, tutte pronte ad aiutare e spronare a dare sempre il nostro meglio. I due mesi in palestra affrontati sono stati di puro divertimento, messa in gioco, una sfida continua. Ma questi ultimi mesi da casa mi hanno cambiato radicalmente, a partire dal corpo e finire col carattere. Non posso che ritenermi soddisfatta e non posso non consigliare questa scuola, anche gli allenamenti da casa, composti da allenamenti giornalieri, super stimolanti e soprattutto variegati, mettendoci sempre in gioco con noi stesse e con sfide diverse. Cinque stelle non bastano, non ve ne pentirete a venire in questo ambiente favoloso, dalla palestra fisica all'atmosfera che sono riuscite a creare anche nelle nostre case.
