★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato nello showroom per comprare 3 bagni + 1 lavanderia + impianto di climatizzazione e neanche un buongiorno. I 2 commessi non hanno avuto l'interesse di presentarsi e accogliere i clienti (non son stato l'unico a non essere nemmeno salutato), e ad uno di loro ho chiesto se potevo avere qualche informazione e la sua risposta è stata "2 minuti che devo inviare una mail", poi ha fatto delle telefonate. Se il servizio di vendita è così non voglio immaginare come sarà il resto...insomma non mi sembra corretto dovre pregare per poter comprare...sconsigliatissimo!! Vorrei che i proprietari dell'Idroven leggessero questa recensione in modo che capiscano il perché non vendono

Al negozio sono di una scortesia mai vista, sbuffano, non salutano, chiacchierano con i clienti invece di servirli anche se c'è coda. Mezz'ora buona con una sola persona davanti che doveva comprare un rubinetto! I prezzi poi sono salati, non parlo della qualità ma dei prezzi proprio, le stesse cose della stessa marca (sedili, rubinetti, connettori) si trovano altrove al 15-20% in meno. Mai più!
My comment about the shop and not the exhibition. At the shop they are of a discourtesy never seen, they snort, do not say goodbye, chat with customers instead of serving them even if there is a queue. A good half hour with a single person in front who had to buy a tap! The prices are also high, I am not talking about the quality but the proper prices, the same things of the same brand (seats, taps, connectors) are elsewhere at 15-20% less. Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decisamente belli moderni e a prezzi interessanti i prodotti che espongono ma sulla qualità ...I nuovi materiali di cui sono fatti i lavelli...resina penso..Si macchiano subito non appena si posa anche solo una piccola goccia di crema...Ormai è un incubo...! Rovinato appena a 6 mesi dall acquisto. Ok i prezzi contenuti ma un po di professionalità nell'accompagnare i clienti all'acquisto ci starebbe bene!! Per altro non concedono appuntamenti dopo le 17.30...Prendiamo tutti un permesso dal lavoro???
Definitely beautiful modern and at attractive prices the products they exhibit but on the quality ... The new materials of which the sinks are made ... I think resin .. I stain immediately as soon as even a small drop of cream is laid ... By now it's a nightmare...! Ruined just 6 months after purchase. Ok the low prices but a bit of professionalism in accompanying customers to the purchase would be good! On the other hand, they don't give appointments after 5.30pm ... We all take a permit from work ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso recensire i prodotti ma posso recensire l'operato del personale presente . Entro e chiedo se posso dare un'occhiata ai mobili per il bagno. Devo arredare due bagni nuovi quindi vasca doccia mobili ed accessori. Due uomini intenti al computer non alzano la testa.una donna intenta a mangiare una mela mi dice si certo. Chiedo mi scusi i prezzi sono esposti? Risponde deve attendere abbia pazienza finisco ed arrivo. Interdetta ed infastidita resto altri due minuti per metabolizzare la risposta... Poi penso che i circa 7000 euro previsti per i due bagni li avrei spesi altrove. La maleducazione non è tollerabile . Consiglio ai titolari di predisporre un corso di galateo per il personale. Ai clienti ovviamente consiglio di rivolgersi altrove.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso recensire i prodotti, la signora Ilenia non me ne ha dato la possibilità, prima doveva chiacchierare con il collega e poi quasi seccata dalla nostra presenza, ci ha detto di prendere un appuntamento perché doveva finire dei preventivi, ci ha messo in mano un biglietto da visita e ci ha detto di telefonare per prendere un appuntamento. Da notare che in negozio non c'erano altri clienti ed erano circa le 16.30. Sconsigliatissimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mese scorso Sono entrata con il mio compagno per avere info e nessuno ci ha salutato o chiesto cosa cercavamo. ci siamo quindi recati alle scrivanie e purtroppo sono stata "accolta" da Ilenia, persona estremamente scortese che non mi ha salutato e mi ha detto di non aver tempo per noi. ho chiesto alcune info che volevo e si è messa a ridere dicendo che non ha tempo e dovevo prendere appuntamento. ho purtroppo letto da altre recensioni che è solita far così. non ci vedrà sicuramente mai più.
