Hanno un'altissima cura del cliente dall'accoglienza, al progetto, al montaggio dell'arredo da me scelto. Hanno saputo consigliarmi le soluzioni migliori per sfruttare lo spazio che avevo a disposizione. I prodotti Scavolini sono di altissima qualità. Al montaggio poi i montatori sono stati gentilissimi e hanno pulito anche la pochissima polvere che avevano creato. Rimango davvero stupefatta nel leggere i commenti negativi di alcuni clienti. Il marchio non è una garanzia come pensavo e nemmeno il costo fa la differenza. Trattamento pessimo e poco curato. Abbiamo pagato per intero 5 giorni prima che avvenisse la prima consegna a rate... Prima consegna 30 marzo, seconda consegna metà aprile e....per finire il 4 giugno. Dopo tanti mesi abbiamo la cucina intera!.. BAD EXPERIENCE !! ... I strongly advise against buying a kitchen at this shop. The brand is not a guarantee as I thought and even the cost does not make a difference. Bad and poor treatment. We paid in full 5 days before the first installment delivery took place ... First delivery March 30th, second delivery mid-April and .... to finish on June 4th. After so many months we have the whole kitchen! ..

Esperienza totalmente positiva, ha saputo sfruttare al meglio gli spazi per realizzare tutte le nostre esigenze, dandoci anche degli spunti interessanti. Montaggio e assistenza post vendita puntuali e impeccabili (un’anta era arrivata leggermente sbeccata e ce l’hanno sostituita immediatamente). Dopo un anno dall’acquisto la cucina è perfetta come il primo giorno, chi dice che tanto vale comprare ikea probabilmente non sa distinguere tra la qualità made in Italy e il cartoncino rigido.
