 I bought a nice piece of furniture for the living room. They will mount it in a few days and I will be able to add some photos. I found myself well, followed and satisfied I will return for other purchases!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato la cucina al CVM di Castelletto Ticino. La Sig.ra Roberta mi ha seguito durante tutta la progettazione e si è mostrata sempre disponibile alle nostre richieste. In termini di qualità/prezzo penso ci sia un ottimo rapporto, adesso attendo il montaggio.
I bought the kitchen at CVM in Castelletto Ticino. Mrs. Roberta followed me throughout the design and was always available to our requests. In terms of quality / price I think there is an excellent relationship, now I am waiting for the assembly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non consiglio a nessuno l'acquisto in questo negozio...non per i prodotti proposti, ma per la scorrettezza (nei confronti di due persone anziane), la maleducazione e la negligenza del personale nel gestire varie problematiche insorte.
Acquistate due cucine, per sicurezza il personale è uscito per prendere le misure della vecchia cucina. Consegnate le cucine le misure non corrispondevano.
Dopo varie sollecitazioni il personale (nello specifico il sig. SEVERINO) affermava di aver comunicato alla ditta i vari problemi insorti (lavello troppo piccolo, buco della cappa non corrispondente, ante scheggiate etc...) In realtà non era stato comunicato niente perché nessuno sapeva nulla. Abbiamo infine ricontattato il negozio e dopo una lunga discussione con il signor LUCA ci è stato chiuso il telefono in faccia.
Furbi a fare pagare in anticipo!!!!
I do not recommend buying in this shop to anyone ... not for the products offered, but for the incorrectness (towards two elderly people), the rudeness and negligence of the staff in managing various problems that have arisen.
Buy two kitchens, for safety the staff went out to take the measurements of the old kitchen. Delivered the kitchens the measures did not correspond.
After various requests, the staff (specifically Mr. SEVERINO) claimed to have communicated to the company the various problems that arose (sink too small, hole in the hood not corresponding, chipped doors etc ...). In reality, nothing had been communicated because no one he knew nothing. Finally, we contacted the shop again and after a long discussion with Mr. LUCA the phone was closed in our face.
Smart to charge in advance !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potessi dare meno lo darei. Siamo andati per prendere una camera da letto,abbiamo atteso più di 30 minuti in piedi davanti ai due impiegati occupati con altra gente. Ci hanno visto benissimo lì in piedi ad attendere, ci hanno anche detto un attimo.poi quando il cliente davanti a noi ha finito ci hanno detto che senza appuntamento non di faceva nulla. complimenti per il trattamento del cavolo. Non ci metterò mai più piede.
If I could give it less I would give it. We went to get a bedroom, we waited more than 30 minutes standing in front of the two employees busy with other people. They saw us very well standing there waiting, they even told us for a moment. Then when the customer in front of us finished they told us that without an appointment there was nothing. congratulations on the treatment of cabbage. I will never set foot there again.

Chi mi ha seguito ha capito subito le mie esigenze e i miei gusti creando un ambiente moderno e confortevole. La cucina era disponibile prima, rispetto alla data di consegna prestabilita al momento della conferma dell'ordine. Dal progettista ai montatori posso solo dire che sono stati professionali e colgo l'occasione per ringraziarli. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo e consiglio a chi vuole rinnovare o arredare casa...
