Premetto che, dopo aver visitato anche la sede Divani&Divani di Varese, più accogliente e arredata con gusto e modernità, l'ambiente dello showroom di Castelletto Ticino non è proprio all'altezza del nome che porta. È scialbo al 100%, cosa che non aiuta sicuramente nel fare una buona impressione al cliente.
'Mi aspettavo di più', nel senso che non ho trovato i modelli di divano che mi aspettavo guardando anche le pubblicità, eccetera...
'Povero come proposte', nel senso che c'erano pochissimi modelli di nuova collezione. Quasi non capivo se fosse una vendita di modelli fuori produzione o di fine collezione... Erano quasi tutti un po' datati.
Mentre a Varese ho potuto vedere e toccare con mano molti divani di ottimo gusto e qualità, come di certo Divani&Divani offre da sempre.
Da notare che la mia recensione per Castelletto era stata fatta PRIMA di aver visitato la sede di Varese. Detto ciò, Divani&Divani resta una delle proposte italiane migliori, ma ovviamente ognuno si fa la propria idea a riguardo, soprattutto quando visita showroom poco valorizzati.
I would like to clarify my review:
I state that, after having also visited the Divani & Divani headquarters in Varese, more welcoming and furnished with taste and modernity, the environment of the Castelletto Ticino showroom does not quite live up to its name. It's 100% bland, which definitely doesn't help in making a good impression on the customer.
'I expected more', in the sense that I did not find the sofa models I was expecting even looking at the advertisements, etc ...
'Poor as proposals', in the sense that there were very few models in the new collection. I hardly knew if it was a sale of discontinued or end-of-collection models ... They were almost all a bit dated.
While in Varese I was able to see and touch many sofas of excellent taste and quality, as certainly Divani & Divani has always offered.
Note that my review for Castelletto was done BEFORE visiting the Varese office. Having said that, Divani & Divani remains one of the best Italian proposals, but obviously everyone gets their own idea about it, especially when they visit under-valued showrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla ricerca di divano letto in pronta consegna, io e mia moglie veniamo accolti da Matteo. Risultato? Usciamo con 2 divani invece di 1. Completamente soddisfatti anche se abbiamo sforato il nostro budget pianificato. Ottimamente consigliati troviamo quello che in altri negozi non avevamo trovato. Bravo Matteo e bravi Divani & Divani.
Looking for a sofa bed ready for delivery, my wife and I are greeted by Matteo. Result? We go out with 2 sofas instead of 1. Completely satisfied even though we have exceeded our planned budget. We highly recommend what we hadn't found in other shops. Bravo Matteo and good Sofas & Sofas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una esperienza negativa. Aspettiamo il divano ordinato alla fine di Agosto già più di 90 giorni. Nessun addetto di Showroom ci ha contattato per chiarire la situazione sulla consegna. Quando ci siamo recati al negozio ci è stato detto che “il momento storico” non permetta all’azienda rispettare i termini previsti dall’ordine, cioè max 90 gg.
Vi sconsiglio di acquistare i divani dall’azienda Divani&Divani visto che non esiste nessun protocollo su “Customer care”. Nelle condizioni di vendita sono definiti molto bene i doveri del acquirente ma non del venditore.
A bad experience. We are waiting for the sofa ordered at the end of August already more than 90 days. No Showroom employee contacted us to clarify the delivery situation. When we went to the shop we were told that "the historical moment" does not allow the company to respect the terms set by the order, that is, a maximum of 90 days.
I do not recommend buying sofas from the Divani & Divani company since there is no protocol on "Customer care". The duties of the buyer but not of the seller are very well defined in the conditions of sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrati per vedere e toccare un modello visto su internet. Accolti col sorriso dai 2 dipendenti. Non invadenti, preparati e attenti alle nostre esigenze. Insomma Matteo (nome del commesso che ci ha seguiti) è stato perfetto, ci ha accontentato in tutte le nostre richieste, anche quella della batteria che io non volevo ???. Comunque, a parte gli scherzi, siamo usciti con un divano che ci durerà una vita, una qualità che quando tocchi con mano... Non puoi dire di no. Consigliatissimo. Bravi.

In short, Matteo (name of the salesman who followed us) was perfect, he satisfied us in all our requests, even that of the battery which I did not want ???. Ci è venuta incontro consigliandoci materiali e tipi diversi di divani per accomodare le nostre esigenze. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene che abbiamo deciso di tornare il giorno dopo per confermare il preventivo e procedere all'acquisto e stiamo pensando di prendere anche una poltrona. Non avendo mai acquistato un divano, Ilaria è stata davvero disponibile e paziente a rispondere a qualsiasi dubbio avessimo. Customer service 5 stelle
Really recommended shop and knowledgeable and helpful staff. We spoke with Ilaria who guided us in the purchase of our sofa. She met us by recommending different materials and types of sofas to accommodate our needs. We were really happy that we decided to come back the next day to confirm the quote and proceed with the purchase and we are also thinking of taking an armchair. Having never bought a sofa, Ilaria was really helpful and patient to answer any questions we had. 5 star customer service
