You rarely find in too far from cities shops a sample of your most wanted items and you rarely find them available even on website.
Orders takes a long time to be delivered.
All this is frustrating.
If this is the "French" marketing style format to create a "sense of need" or some exclusivity feeling among customers for their brand they have better change their strategy.
