Il punto fondamentale è la serietà di chi lo gestisce. Gli allenamenti sono ben fatti: si intuisce che ogni esercizio, ogni wod ha una sua logica e un suo perché. Mentre si lavora il coach segue molto attentamente ed è sempre pronto a correggerti eventali errori che commetti nell’esecuzione degli esercizi. L’ambiente è spazioso e gli strumenti sono di una pulizia impeccabile e in perfette condizioni. Top.
As a beginner of crossfit (I have been practicing it for just over a year) I can not recommend a better place to start (and continue, of course).
