L'altra molto professionale e paziente. Mi hanno dato consigli su come truccarmi meglio e sono molto soddisfatta di queste due esperienze. Tornerò. I've been going twice lately. I dealt with 2 different orders. A very smiling and very precise. The other very professional and patient. They gave me advice on how to do better makeup and I am very satisfied with these two experiences. I'll be back.

Prodotti validissimi e vari, per la skin care si sono aggiornati molto e hanno davvero di tutto, per me sopratutto che sono un soggetto allergico poi hanno alcuni prodotti che posso usare anche io... Soddisfattissima One of my favorite shops for make-up and skin care shopping ... Very valid and various products, for skin care they have been updated a lot and they really have everything, especially for me that I am an allergic subject then they have some products that I can use it too ... Dopo aver scelto i prodotti da acquistare, tutti in sconto, mi sono recata alla cassa e sorpresa: le promozioni valide fino al giorno prima (e ancora esposte sui cartellini in tutto il negozio) non valgono più, a favore di un'altra promozione (acquistando 3 prodotti si ha uno sconto del 30%). Adesso, oltre al fatto che l'ultima promozione sembra una presa in giro rispetto a quella che c'era nella black week, ma si può essere così disorganizzati da non aver modificato i cartellini delle promo PRIMA dell'apertura del negozio? Ho sprecato mezz'ora scegliendo dei prodotti per poi scoprire che i prodotti non erano più in promozione. Una presa in giro. Unica nota positiva: la ragazza, che non era al corrente del cambio di promozione, è stata molto gentile, mi ha aiutato nella scelta ed era mortificata per l'inconveniente. After choosing the products to buy, all discounted, I went to the cashier and surprised: the promotions valid until the day before (and still displayed on the tags throughout the store) are no longer valid, in favor of another promotion ( by purchasing 3 products you have a 30% discount). Now, besides the fact that the latest promotion seems like a mockery compared to the one that was in the black week, but can you be so disorganized that you haven't changed the promo tags BEFORE the store opens? I wasted half an hour choosing products only to find that the products were no longer on promotion. A mockery. The only positive note: the girl, who was not aware of the change of promotion, was very kind, helped me in the choice and was mortified for the inconvenience.

La commessa in questione una ragazzina maleducata e non aggiungo altro. Di nome giada (credo aveva il cartellino identificativo sporco quindi poco leggibile ) nella sede di via Torino Milano.. S	Simona Scattone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio clienti, sono entrata per cambiare un prodotto e dopo 20 minuti di attesa dell’unica commessa capace a fare il cambio, me ne sono andata piuttosto innervosita. Non siamo da Sephora e non mi aspetto o pretendo quel livello di professionalità e competenza, ma almeno le basi del supporto clienti si e un po’ di cortesia che avrebbe bendisposto gli animi, invece che “incattivirli”. Gli unici 2 prodotti che compravo lì, li prenderò da un’altra parte. Bad customer service, I went in to change a product and after 20 minutes of waiting for the only order capable of making the change, I left rather nervous. We are not at Sephora and I don't expect or expect that level of professionalism and competence, but at least the basics of customer support and a little courtesy that would have kindly disposed people, rather than "nasty" them.
