★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo negozio verso metà Aprile per chiedere informazioni su un prodotto, la commessa una ragazza giovane con i capelli scuri era al telefono e mi ha fatto cenno di aspettare, dopo 12 min esatti era ancora al telefono e me ne sono andata senza chiedere nulla, o si lavora o si chiacchiera, mai più, meglio comprare online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel negozio c'eravamo solo io e la commessa, molto gentile e disponibile ma mentre parlava si è tolta la mascherina e ha iniziato a respirare vigorosamente dicendo che non riusciva a parlare con la mascherina addosso...forse sarebbe il caso di mettere del personale che riesca a parlare con la mascherina.

Un cliente se non desidera essere supportato, ma chiede solo la disponibilità di un prodotto, la commessa non è tenuta a correggere nè dare formazione teorica . Ha avuto da ridire su ogni cosa. Inoltre Cartellino delle offerte segnato su un ripiano, prendo l'articolo "ah no questo non va in offerta, il cartellino è sbagliato". E ho notato questa pecca del personale in altri punti vendita. No grazie.
