Così per avere informazioni, e stanca della mia esperienza con Vodafone mi sono recata al negozio Wind in questione...Oltre a professionalità, competenza ed estrema serietà ho trovato DUE VERI ANGELI!!!Claudia e Federico, due operatori seri, preparati, gentilissimi e oltremodo simpatici mi hanno servita egregiamente. Sono uscita dallo store soddisfatta, con un dispositivo top di gamma , un'offerta su misura per me e con tutt'altro umore!!!Assolutamente CONSIGLIATO!! Grazie di cuore, ragazzi!!!
I had a terrible day, to make matters worse my smartphone showed signs of total imbalance. So to get information, and tired of my experience with Vodafone, I went to the Wind store in question ... In addition to professionalism, competence and extreme seriousness, I found TWO TRUE ANGELS !!! Claudia and Federico, two serious, prepared, very kind operators and extremely nice they served me very well. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile e cortese ma il punto wind è totalmente inutile. 1) Impossibile segnalare un disservizio 2) Impossibile cambiare il metodo di pagamento. In pratica serve solo per vendere telefoni. In linea con il pessimo servizio offerto.
Friendly and courteous staff but the wind point is totally useless. 1) Impossible to report a disruption 2) Impossible to change the payment method. In practice it is only used to sell phones. In line with the bad service offered.
