Ho chiesto un telefono con cui potessi utilizzare Google e le semplici applicazioni, che tutti utilizziamo...beh, mi hanno venduto un Huawei!!!! Che però non è più possibile utilizzare con Google...ma se ne sono guardati bene dal dirmelo... Dopo aver provato inutilmente a trasferire tutte le cose dal vecchio al nuovo telefono, cosa molto difficile, come anche uno dei venditori del negozio ha ammesso...abbiamo riportato il cellulare al negozio, chiedendo una sostituzione... Dicono che non si può fare!!!!!! Anche se la legge dice altro... Assolutamente state attenti a tutto ciò che vi dicono in questo negozio...leggete sempre attentamente tutto ciò che firmate!!!!!!!!!! NEGATIVO ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!!!!!!! Rispondo pubblicamente alla vostra VERGOGNOSA risposta, data ASSOLUTAMENTE in malafede, sapendo di mentire, io ho chiesto un telefono semplice, con cui potessi utilizzare Google!!!!!!!!!!!!! Voi mi avete dato un Huawei!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Voi, sapendo benissimo che non avrei potuto farlo e non avete voluto fare ASSOLUTAMENTE niente per la sostituzione...ma tranquilli, mai più wind tre!!!!!! Pur non essendo di Loro competenza mi hanno aiutata a far sostituire il cellulare di mio figlio che a seguito di una caduta il vetro si era rotto. Avendo pagato un’assicurazione alla stipula del contratto telefonico la sostituzione mi spettava di diritto ma non in negozio. Avrei dovuto fare tutto on line, rintracciare la compagnia, pagare on line, organizzare il ritiro e consegna a casa in 24 ore . Hanno fatto tutto Loro per me, anche il backup del telefono prima ti riconsegnarlo al corriere. Il commesso non mi ha voluto dire il Suo nome ha preferito che io facessi una recensione al negozio e non solo a Lui. Che dire ….. UNICI! Grazie veramente!!!! È rarissimo trovare persone così disponibili e cortesi…. Staff courteous and very helpful. I would have to do everything online, track down the company, pay online, arrange pick-up and delivery at home within 24 hours. They did everything for me, even backing up the phone before you return it to the courier. The salesman did not want to tell me your name, he preferred that I did a review of the shop and not just him. What can I say… .. UNIQUE! Thank you so much!!!! It is very rare to find such helpful and courteous people….
