There is no zero point for that half a star, they are xenophobic, and unable to follow instructions, they are always busy buying phones of dubious origin, they get it wrong and the customer has to pay for his sneaks.

Ad agosto spesi qui ben 150€ per cambiare batteria e fotocamera di un iphone vecchio di 4 anni. Oggi l’ho dovuto smontare per una pulizia approfondita, e non solo ho scoperto che hanno usato pezzi cinesi (me li avevan fatti passare per originali), ma che molte delle viti interne erano mancanti, e, al posto delle gabbiette (parti metalliche che tengono fermi i vari organi), avevano usato del nastro isolante.
Scrivo questo post sperando nel karma e che nessun altro venga truffato, perchè di questo si tratta: truffa.
Nessuna diffamazione solo la mia esperienza con voi, avete uno spazio per le recensioni e io lascio la mia.
150€ sono una truffa bell’e buona se il lavoro oltre ad essere fatto male (ve l’ho riportato 3 volte per problemi comparsi DOPO il vostro “intervento”) viene fatto raccimolando pezzi per altre riparazioni.
Bad staff, rip off.
In August, I spent a good € 150 here to change the battery and camera of a 4-year-old iPhone. Today I had to disassemble it for a thorough cleaning, and not only did I discover that they used Chinese pieces (they had passed them off as originals), but that many of the internal screws were missing, and, instead of the cages (metal parts that holding the various organs in place), they had used electrical tape.
I write this post hoping for karma and that no one else will be scammed, because that's what it is: scam.
No defamation just my experience with you, you have a space for reviews and I leave mine.
€ 150 is a nice and good scam if the job is done not only badly (I reported it 3 times for problems that appeared AFTER your "intervention"), but it is done by collecting parts for other repairs.
