★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefono ordinato il 2 Ottobre 2021, spedizione garantita secondo loro in 48/72h lavorative: neanche per idea.
Ad oggi 8 Ottobre nessuna spedizione risulta affidata al corriere, chiamato per richiedere annullamento dell'ordine e rimborso.
Su whatsapp non rispondono, sulla chat del sito alla mia richiesta di informazioni hanno risposto con "ora controllo", a distanza di 3 giorni stanno ancora controllando visto che non ho saputo più niente.
È invece il cliente che ha sborsato qualche centinaio d'euro al momento dell'ordine che deve contattarli 5 volte per avere risposte sul destino del suo ordine, ed in caso di ritardo non aspettatevi un sms o una mail per informarvi o per delle scuse.
A questo punto non mi fido nemmeno della qualità del prodotto vista la serietà dimostrata.
Comprate altrove da piattaforme più note e affidabili, lì almeno l'assistenza esiste e il prodotto siete sicuri di riceverlo.

As of today 8 October no shipment is entrusted to the courier, called to request cancellation of the order and refund.
On whatsapp they do not respond, on the chat of the site to my request for information they replied with "now check", after 3 days they are still checking since I did not know anything more.
Instead, it is the customer who paid a few hundred euros at the time of the order who must contact them 5 times to get answers on the fate of his order, and in case of delay do not expect a text message or an email to inform you or an apology.
At this point I don't even trust the quality of the product given the seriousness shown.
Buy elsewhere from more well-known and reliable platforms, at least there is assistance there and the product you are sure to receive.
Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato un ordine per un cellulare il 13 settembre, il prodotto sarebbe dovuto arrivare in 2-3 giorni. Il 14 ho inviato la ricevuta del bonifico, e ho ricevuto una mail di ringraziamento. Il 18 settembre (senza aver saputo più nulla) ho scritto una mail di sollecito, a cui nessuno ha risposto. Il 21 settembre mi sono deciso a telefonare, per capire che fine avesse fatto il mio ordine. Mi ha risposto un'operatrice e mi ha detto che avrebbe controllato con il magazzino e mi avrebbe subito richiamato. Non è successo. Nel pomeriggio ho nuovamente telefonato, e a quel punto l'operatrice ha ammesso che la merce in realtà non era disponibile e che quindi avrebbe annullato l'ordine e mi avrebbe restituito i soldi. Effettivamente i soldi sono tornati sul mio conto in neanche due giorni, ma rimane il fatto che sono stato io a insistere e ad informarmi, e non loro a farmi sapere (il prima possibile!) che la merce ordinata in magazzino non c'era. Trovo anche maleducato il fatto che non abbiano risposto alla mail di sollecito, e che abbia dovuto telefonare due volte.
I placed an order for a mobile on September 13th, the product should have arrived in 2-3 days. On the 14th I sent the receipt of the bank transfer, and I received a thank you email. On September 18th (without knowing anything more) I wrote a reminder email, to which no one replied. On 21 September I decided to call to find out what happened to my order. An operator answered and told me she would check with the warehouse and call me back immediately. It didn't happen. In the afternoon I called again, and at that point the operator admitted that the goods were actually not available and that therefore she would have canceled the order and would have given me back the money. Indeed, the money returned to my account in less than two days, but the fact remains that it was I who insisted and informed me, and not them who let me know (as soon as possible!) That the goods ordered were not there. I also find it rude that they did not respond to the reminder email, and that I had to call twice.

A loro discolpa il periodo del black friday.
5 stelle per l'assistenza clienti; sempre disponibili sia al telefono (rispondono sempre entro il secondo squillo) che in chat del sito.
Un plauso particolare al Sig. Andrea, professionale e assolutamente sensibile alle necessità del cliente.
4 stars for times not respected with respect to what is stated on the site; order placed on November 21, product arrived after two weeks.

5 stars for customer support; always available both on the phone (they always answer within the second ring) and in the site chat.

Ho speso più di 800 euro e credo di essere stata vittima di una truffa, nonostante dal servizio clienti mi continuano a prendere in giro dicendo che sarà spedito. Sono costretta a procedere per vie legali. Non acquistate!
I bought a phone for my uncle on 11/11. It's been 11 days and it still hasn't shipped. I spent more than 800 euros and I think I was the victim of a scam, despite the customer service they keep teasing me saying it will be shipped. I am forced to take legal action. Don't buy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non conoscevo questo negozio, suggerito da un sito di comparazione smartphone molto serio. Ho guardato le recensioni, buone e la modalità di pagamento, PayPal. Mi sono messo in contatto con loro: gentilissimi. Abitando in un 'isola i tempi di consegna sono stati rispettati alla grande. In pratica ho trovato lo smartphone che cercavo al prezzo più conveniente e un negozio che consiglio e verso il quale mi affiderò in futuro.
I did not know this shop, suggested by a very serious smartphone comparison site. I looked at the reviews, good and the payment method, PayPal. I got in touch with them: very kind. Living on an island, the delivery times were respected very well. In practice, I found the smartphone I was looking for at the cheapest price and a shop that I recommend and towards which I will rely in the future.

Leggendo alcune recensioni ero un po' incerta se fare l'ordine, ma contatto il venditore e mi conferma che il cellulare che volevo era disponibile così faccio l'ordine. Attendo i giorni previsti, ma non viene spedito nulla, così contatto il venditore che mi dice che il prodotto è pronto ed è solo in attesa del corriere. Passano i giorni e ancora nulla, così li ricontatto e mi dicono che avrebbero chiesto in magazzino e mi avrebbero fatto sapere. Ma nulla, così li ricontatto il giorno dopo e dico che se il telefono non è disponibile allora preferisco ricevere il rimborso. Così mi chiamano e mi riferiscono che il prodotto non era più disponibile.
Devo dire che mi hanno sempre risposto in tempi brevissimi (ci siamo sentiti via chat) e che il rimborso l'ho ricevuto il giorno dopo. Consiglio solo di riferire ai clienti quando un prodotto non è disponibile, perché può capitare, e di non aspettare i tanti solleciti. Dato che prima era pronto e in attesa del corriere, poi è scomparso. Credo ci voglia un po' più di organizzazione e maggiore chiarezza, dato che l'assistenza funziona bene, infatti do le due stelle per questo.
I discovered this shop by browsing the web and was attracted by the favorable prices. Reading some reviews I was a bit unsure whether to place the order, but contact the seller and he confirms that the mobile I wanted was available so I place the order. I wait for the foreseen days, but nothing is sent, so I contact the seller who tells me that the product is ready and is just waiting for the courier. Days go by and still nothing, so I contact them again and they tell me that they would have asked in the warehouse and would have let me know. But nothing, so I contact them the next day and say that if the phone is not available then I prefer to receive a refund. So they call me and tell me that the product was no longer available.
I must say that they always answered me in a very short time (we spoke via chat) and that I received the refund the next day. I only recommend telling customers when a product is not available, because it can happen, and not waiting for the many reminders. Since it was ready and waiting for the courier first, then it disappeared. I think it takes a little more organization and clarity, as the assistance works well, in fact I give two stars for that.

Preso dai prezzi davvero convenienti, ho cominciato a dare un'occhiata al sito e subito dopo ho contattato il servizio clienti per avere ulteriori informazioni sul funzionamento di esso.
Una volta convinto di voler provare, dato che ero molto scettico visto il prezzo davvero conveniente e le recensioni non positive, ho comprato l'oppo find X3 pro 5g, avendo inoltre possibilità di poter pagare con Scalapay che è fantastico.
Da subito ho trovato una gestione molto professionale dell'ordine e al contrario delle recensioni una spedizione davvero veloce.
Avendo ordinato il prodotto il 29 ottobre e con le festività dell' 1 novembre di mezzo, il pacco è stato spedito il primo giorno lavorativo disponibile (il 2 nov sera) per arrivare la mattinata del 4 novembre.
Spedizione davvero veloce.
Essendo comunque poco sicuro ho voluto fare dei test al telefono, e dopo i benchmark più che positivi, l'utilizzo fantastico del prodotto e le verifiche generali, mi sono convinto di aver scoperto un servizio fantastico perché professionale e vantaggioso.
Tornerò sicuramente a comprare da loro.
